Well said! When people are asking for "specific exercises" this is what makes it impossible to answer without working with them. It's not that there are "bad ideas and good ideas" but it is the case where we would need to be specific in finding the right degree of progressive exposure for where that person is at.
See the response I made to the person commenting on the value of "progressive exposure" If there was one thing that would work for everyone, trust me I would share it! Having people I don't know all try something is likely to make a lot of them worse. Hope that feels fair
Mdds relief came in the form of PPPD and now I am having horrible hard to explain visual changes. It’s scary and extremely anxiety inducing. Any recommendations for more information on understanding the visual aspect of this?
@@Tmariethompson it gets better. I’ve have been having dizziness for 5 and a half years- it was pretty consistent for the first 3 and a half years. It will start to get better and then maybe come back and then get better and come back BUT you will notice the time between will start to become longer and you’ll feel beater most of the time! Take courage! You won’t be dealing with this forever!
@@vee9133 fortunately my daily dizziness subsided after the MDDS went away but I have so many of the other PPPD symptoms that came after. For me the only dizziness is more of an off balance, or unsure of my footing kind of sensation.
I would really recommend checking out my free webinar Balance Integrate Grow I cover visual dependence issues in depth during the webinar. www.bigdizzyfreepathway.com/register-ig
