Ever heard of South India? We have the best biryanis like hyderabadi biryani from telengana & andra, ambur biryani from Tamilnadu, Donna biryani from Karnataka and thalasserry biryani from Kerala. Pls consider the southern part also in India.

Try Kabuliwala Chicken biriyani (kolkata style) or Biriyani By Kilos (less spicy hyderabadi biryani or maybe kolkata biriyani). They're like SUPERB! So light, so fragrant and is very easy to digest.
None of these biryani's are authentic, all of them have been mixed n matched from the region they are. Again sorry we have Hyderabadi Chicken dum biryani which is most authentic with none of the nonesense side dishes shown in the video above. The only side in Hyderabadi dum biryani is Mirchi ka Salan.
It's the Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani which is the authentic one, not the Chicken. Chicken was later added to suit chicken lovers' palate, but Mutton Dum Biryani is the true and authentic Hyderabadi Biryani.
Kolkata style mutton/chicken biryani, paired with chicken reshmi kabab. Wash it down with masala ThumsUp (lemon juice, black salt, jaljeera, mint leaves). Finish the meal with firni. That's how you should have biryani.
