Hands down for Kolkata biriyani. I mean after having biriyani all around the India, Kolkata biriyani is surely the best one I have till date. And that cooked Aloo is just nothing but the frosting on the cake. Love that.
As a Bengali I can say, Biryani without aloo is like bread without butter. Ya, some like jam but.... nothing can replace the crave for bread lathered with butter and sprinkled with some sugar crystals. It's the best. Same goes for biryani.

Some people's orders were incomplete. You guys need to make a list and send it to all the participants so that everyone has an uniform order. Some were missing a dessert and beverage. And some didn't have a good amount of chicken.

I think nothing can ever beat 'Malabar dum biriyani' for sure no doubt 😌💯 bcoz here in Kerala we use a different type of rice called 'Jeerakasala' not like 'Basmati' or any other kind of rice it has no length to it but it's soo good for biriyani🤑. Seems like you've never had good biryani before. Sure Malabar biriyani is okay but it doesn't hold a candle to Lucknowi and Hyderabadi. Hell, even Kolkata biriyani is better than the best of Malabar and before you say it, I'm from Kerala, ik what I'm talking about.
Still nothing can beat Pakistani Karachi ki biryani .... Like that's that's amazing..... And yeah Bombay biryani is good as well but that Karachi ki biryani hits.....
