I have the same issue with my Range Rover Evoque 2017 with Incontrol touch pro. The volume is stuck at 9 for me. Nothing comes out of the speaker (fm/carplay etc). Were you able to fix it for this car? I took it to a LR specialist and spent 250 Euros and he don’t have a clue. He is asking me that night need to change the IMC and may be even Amp. Appreciate any help.

Try disconnecting the main battery and auxiliary battery for 5 mins....if you can find the aux battery.
