This is the car by M Division after M2. That's why it looks different because it's not for the mass but for the 1% people
It's amazing that just 9 years ago while looking for houses in my area you could buy a new 1200 sq. ft. house 3 bedroom 2 bath for $180,000.
And now you can get a XM Label (sans Red) that wasn't even available then. That is what we call progress. I'm kidding of course...pricing of everything is bonkers.
Pricey, but with all that performance, not out of line with the other Uber SUVs out there. Nice review. Thanks.
It’s now just called “Label”. Johnny Walker have a copyright on Label Red or Red Label so BMW had to stop using the term.
They should have just caled ut xm competition

I feel like this is the bmw nobody asked for. It’s extremely ugly and way too expensive. I’ve had x3M I love BMW but why woud I anyone buy this and NOT cayenne Turbo.? Or better yet just get yourself X5M These will not sell and values will tank quickly. Great review as always Ben.
If you want to blend in with all the soccer moms on the road, buy a Cayenne or X5. I would rather drive something that is different like the XM.
@@warrenber lol I buy my cars for me, not to be different for the sake of being different. No one is buying these, and don’t forget that price. X5M is way less and better looking.
But that’s just my opinion.
@@ryanmalcolm8311 I buy everything including my cars for me and I like buying different to the masses whether it’s cars, shoes, furniture or clothes. I don’t do it for that reason but my choices always end up not being mass market. That’s just me. I am one of the 2315 people in North America that bought one of these in 2023. Everyone is focused on the sticker price but the reality is that an XM Label is costing me $114 a month more than what an X5 M Competition would cost me or $374 a month more that an X6 M60i. It was a no brainer price wise.
@@ryanmalcolm8311 The target market of XM is definitely not you and the X5 masses (soccer moms etc.). I am now at the end of 40s and own an XM (and G63). When I drive the XM, I am always in the front row among the X5 masses. XM is the Lamborghini of SUVs. It has the same posh effect as Lamborghini Aventador
