Yeah, Transit agencies with a variety of different fleets sometimes mix and match steering wheels. Also MCI is a new flyer owned manufacturer.

Complete engine reman with ECU as well. Sounds Transit and Pierce Transit take excellent care of their buses... The AC is the only thing hit or miss with those buses
