- The story follows Sarah Goodwin, a young woman with mysterious powers, and her pretty normal sister Lindsey. As they go off to college and enter sorority life, they find themselves pulled into the middle of a centuries old battle between good and evil.

I sooo agree new friend. people need to stop mocking what they DONT understand. I have this movie and its one of my favorites but people dont see the more deeper meaning to this movie and what its trying to impart. You Know? Im Wiccan myself and you hit the nail right on the head. It IS a Wiccan representation of good versus evil.

Joanna did indeed kiss Summer on the lips as oppose to the kiss on the cheek which was what Jennifer Tilly gave Sarah. I believe ABC Family does hold the record for the most gay characters so Joanna kissing Summer isn't exactly new territory for them. I believe Pretty Little Liars also has more gay kissing currently on TV than any other show. I like both Joanna and Summer, so what's the complaint.
not that this movie is horrible, but joanna garcia and summer glau deserve way better roles than this.

Children shouldn't be watching this movie in the first place for numerous other reasons than the fact that there's a same sex kiss. The fact that it has to do with satanic sacrifice should give any parent pause.
You know what would be funnier? IF instead of actual magic that just ran around that house of theirs yelling "LIGHTNING BOLT" or "FIRE"
