I want to ask that can I copy some of text from other websites to use into my webpages? I have sign business and I copied almost text...Can I host it...?

First I don't get 'Inner Section' element and second not able to make 'Image Box' element to come on 2 columns. For me there is no much space on the right container and therefore all images are coming in downwards one after another. Not sure if i am doing something wrong here. Can you guide?
