- Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman John L. Mica called this sting by ABC News investigative reporter Brian Ross another eye-opener demonstrating that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is an agency crying out for reform. In this interview, Mica says this one incident is just the tip of the iceberg.

Complaining not getting paid enough? So they steal? Wow what an excused. Well find another job. Not only that they have no respect whatsoever on the passengers, that without them they don’t have a job. Show respect and honesty that’s all we want to see. We know they are just doing their job, but don’t abuse it and don’t be above the LAW.
Oh yeah, that comment about how poorly paid they are. As a teacher,in a state that doesnt pay teachers very well my first year teaching I made 28,000.00. I have a degree too! So does that give me the right to rob a bank? B/C the govt doesnt pay me enough. That house that hispanic TSA thieving agent lived in looked pretty darn nice to me.

Oh, so that is the excuse. "We are the lowest paid." That is such a crock of shit. I bet your paid better than saying would you like fries w/that. Some TSA agent is enjoying my husbands new Oakleys, and my jewelry from checked luggage. Going thru TSA places they show.Luggage should not be searched unless in a VERY VERY special cases. LIke seeing a clock ticking with some sticks attached to it.Our friends suggest we put zip ties to lock our luggage to see if tsa opened them.We are going to do it.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and traveling is almost impossible for me. My husband is a good caretaker, but he works about 60 hours a week and so he needs to get away to somewhere sunny...we live in very cold, cloudy region in the Pacific North WET.
This last time we invited our good friends ( a minister and his wife) for special treat, to a few weeks in the Fla Keys.
I must use a Rolla-walker, I'm very young looking and don't act my age! LoL.
But I believe I was targeted right away as one having pain meds due to my Rolla-Walker.
They separated me, took me in secluded area and searched my body, including my Depends and private parts...i was clearly upset...my friends took my service dog that was in a stroller and they searched her right in front of everyone...she began crying as she's very modest Baptist ministers wife...i tried recording this but the agent began yelling at me threatening to have me arrested with interference with a search and said that I will NOT be posting my "SHIT" on youtube like everyone else.
This was at 4 am midweek...hardly anyone around...we were all so flustered and upset by the two non white TSA agents who were obviously in co'herts together...
We finally got our shoes, bags and computers, carry-ons together and headed towards our gate when several policemen showed up, walking behind us in threatening manner....
we were terrified we'd get arrested for something we'd done.
We had early boarding rights due to my being disabled and was thankful when our plane took off without any further problems....but then I realized my bright purple medical bag wasn't with any of us...it had gotten left behind.
We called the moment we landed, but no one knew anything about it, was told I probably left it somewhere and someone stole it...yeah, thats right...a TSA agent stole it after seein'g 3 bottles of pills in my bag during the X-ray process...while no one was looking she must have hid it from our view, by her feet....i ended up suffering the 2 weeks before I could get replacement scripts...impossible getting those type drugs replaced as too many people lie, say are stolen, but they sell them. So needless to say our vacation was ruined.
When I arrived home 5 weeks later, there was a postcard from the TSA lost and found telling me my purple bag was in their office and I could come get it.
YEAH!...and oh...was missing 3 pill bottles...but they didn't take the cash I had stashed inside...who do you think stole those bottles of pills?....hmmmmm
There's been numerous news stories of how TSA agents are targeting crippled/disabled folks knowing they have pain meds, so they steal their medications.
a TSA agent has very little to no training what so ever...just wear an impressive uniform with a badge slapped on their chest that gives them a "I am a GOD" attitude...not all are bad, but enough to make life a living hell for those who get their medications stolen while on vacation...try suffering withdrawals from that stuff as well as suffer severe pain, muscle spasms....there's got to be a way to stop these TSA monsters from stealing your drugs...next time I'm going to put fake drugs...can get fake Oxycontin and I'm going to lace it with LSD or fentynal...see how they like suffering!
had a TSA agent hide my medical bag filled with much needed medications i take just to survive/function....it included 2 bottles of pain medications and 1 bottle of xanex.
Next time have you doctor send in a prescription to a pharmacy where you are going.
I took my meds on the carry on with me they never left my side . Xanax and opiate pain killers
They stole $50 worth of chocolate from my carry on luggage that I bought for my grandchildren. Chocolate! Really, are you this desperate? Why aren't the supervisors checking the cameras. TSA is a waste of time and a theft ring!
It should not be this way, but the bottom line is don't carry expensive things when traveling through an airport.

it's a shame that you don't feel that your expensive things are safe in the hands of people sworn to protect them and you. I should have every right to bring expensive things in the airport and feeling they are safe in the hands of the TSA.

This is why I never fly on planes .its to risky and to much hassle .
