One of my favorite episodes and can't wait for you guys to finish off this season now, the level of tension and dread in that last scene is just perfect
You'd be surprised at the number of comedians playing characters on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. The red headed guy, Bill Burr (Kuby), and his partner, Lavel Crawford, aka: Huell, are both stand-up comedians. So is Bob Odenkirk (Saul), Steven Quezada, (Gomez), Matt Jones (Badger), David Ury (Spooge), Joe Derosa (Dr. Caldera: BCS), and Javier Grajeda (Bolsa).
I took that ending scene to signify how the walls are closing in on Walt. Gus turned Jesse against him, there's a hit out on Hank, and everything he worked for had been handed over to a man who slept with his wife, which cut off his one escape. He has no lifelines or no way out, so all he could do is lose his mind.
Walt only went to Saul because he knew Gus was going to kill Hank, but he told Walt not to interfere with that plan or he would kill his family, so Walt chose to go into hiding to save Hank by warning him. The laughing in the crawl space was an epic episode in my opinion, he freaking lost it when Skylar told him about Ted getting the money. One of my favorite episodes.
So happy for you guys getting to 1000 subs!!!! Much deserved!!! I get to watch this episode with you all and one more as you have already gotten 4 12 out!!
This is my favorite episode of the series. So much has boiled up at this point, from Gus wanting Jesse to give the okay on killing Walt and now Walt despite to get himself and his family out of there with the help of the disappearer that Saul has a number for only to find out that he doesn’t have enough because Skyler gave some of the money to Ted in order for him to pay the IRS. That breakdown Walt has in the crawl space is so good, that scene alone should have won Bryan Cranston another Emmy, but since he won three in a row with the first three seasons, he wouldn’t win another until the last half of the final season. Great reaction guys, take care and have a great weekend!
I don't know why people are idk, critical? of Walt's behaviour on the desert and him talking to gus like that? It didn't matter. He could've been silent or behave in any other way and still it wouldn't change the fact that Gus was after Hank at this point. Also Jeremy, while you generally do a good job at not spoiling much to Max, i think the comment about the money was unnecessary. At that point Max thought Walt possibly have lots of money. You said "really? With all the money for given for Ted" or something like that. That was unnecessary. It already steered Max's thinking in a certain direction and well, the last scene was for him like "well, yeah, you were right" Again, please do not take this personally. Just consider being more restraint while commenting, just not to imply stuff to your father.
They really wanted that last shot but it wouldnt work. They crew (off their own bat) spent the weekend on the sound stage making it happen and when everyone returned Monday they were like - "we can do your shot"
The money shortage was because Walt had just bought the car wash for 800k plus Skyler 600k given to Ted. Walt was getting 3 million for 3 months but probably only earned 2 months worth at this point leaving him short.
Ted actually has a good point. Weve seen both Skyler and Walt go down the path of “I’ve come this far. Why not do more immoral things and get in even deeper to accomplish my mission.” Its not gone well for either of them. They just become more miserable and more wrapped up in dangerous situations they can’t escape. If Ted doesn’t want to pay the IRS with shady money won of illegal gambling, that’s fair. Doesn’t matter that he was cooking his books before.
Lets goooooooooooooooooooo!! And I cannot wait until you dudes reach BCS and get to the scenes where Gus is talking about his childhood and stuff! It's freakin awesome, especially if you come back and watch the scenes from this episode knowing what you know from BCS and, of course, HUELL'S ORIGIN STORY!
Absolutely love these reactions. Ted was one of the worst characters in this entire series. The actor played it well but what a dumb character 😂 thanks for the great content. Keep it up, you guys are growing this thing and it will keep getting bigger and bigger!
You guys are great. Please react to Better Call Saul next. For monetary benefit, I suggest you both react to high demand movies like Kill Bill, Die Hard, Pulp Fiction, Scarface, Godfather etc. A fun one would be Smokey and the bandit.
I don’t like how when Jessie sticks up to Gus he’s got balls but when Walt does it it’s stupid? Love the reactions I just don’t like how you guys think of Walt, he’s that dude
This is where I offer Skyler up to Gus as tribute. I’m js. Allllll this high horse morality talk from her to Walt yet allll along she was more than comfortable to help a man who is not her husband break the law. 18:45
Benekes breaking the law doesnt result in the Salamanca twins breaking into your home with an axe. Or Hank nearly getting killed twice by Walt’s business associates. The worst thing that could happen if Sky gets caught for cooking the books is she goes to jail and the kids grow up poor. Which is awful, but manageable. Walt’s crimes could result in that and/or death. Fear for the rest of their lives that some crazy gangmember or meth junkie wants revenge on Walt. I dont even recall a scene where she talked about morality to Walt. She was upset for a while about being lied to. Which she was. There’s no denying that. And then she talked about Walt leaving her life for the kid’s protection for a few episides. Then she softened on Walt and has been talking about Walt’s decision making. How smart his moves are over getting caught. Very little about him being a bad person.
That last scene is a freakin' masterpiece. Bryan and Anna killed it.
Walt laughing is like when you get killed over and over again by the same dude In a video game while trying to kill him once
its his innner joker coming out lol.
One of my favorite episodes and can't wait for you guys to finish off this season now, the level of tension and dread in that last scene is just perfect
That hysteria. One of the most memorable scenes in all of TV.

Max, you will not be disappointed by the end of this season. I can't wait to see you guys finish this! My personal favorite season

lol i love hurell his present is just funny its funny see comedies acting tough.
They really wanted that last shot but it wouldnt work. They crew (off their own bat) spent the weekend on the sound stage making it happen and when everyone returned Monday they were like - "we can do your shot"
Would love to watch full reaction with you guys,, setup a patreon guys!,😊

Not to mention the car he bought and then disposed of instead of returning for a refund. And he also had to split that 3 million with Jesse.

“…well…”😭
19:15 - and this is the moment Walt becomes the Joker.

5:20 It took me until now to hear for sure if these two reactors are father and son. Now I know for sure beyond resemblance.
I'm pretty sure when it's tinted yellow it's the past

Yellow is for the cousins.
Honestly Beneke being just a massive idiot is one of the most frustrating parts of the entire show to me lol.
Enjoyed review. One of the big surprises in the show was that Skyler had used all the money. Is ted dead? I think now it’s clear.
I don’t like how when Jessie sticks up to Gus he’s got balls but when Walt does it it’s stupid? Love the reactions I just don’t like how you guys think of Walt, he’s that dude
