Happy hours primary and secondary schools always had unqualified teachers at the time. Mr mutyaba and his son Mr Ssemakula were basically in business as a priority. I started my career after college there but for a fact paying salaries was their problem and I short lived there. I believe kyeyune couldn't spend reasonable days as well.
