Thank you for all the great footage just gives me a lot of inspiration, even though I’m older than you and I feel like I have lost a lot of my life and making bad decisions. Bad relationships, but I am now trying to get back on track to my dreams and putting my horses above everybody else instead of putting everybody else above me and my dreams with my horse.❤
I discovered myself that it’s no easy feat creating a magical holiday photo shoot with your horses! You did way better than I did! But I could feel the exhilaration!!!! A beautiful video.
I only learned I was mentally and financially abused after leaving my family household. It took a lot for me to see it and many people telling me to get out. Took a serious injury for me to really se my family didn't care, but I don't let their way of treating me effect how I treat others. My own grandma (I call her Mommom!) told me to always treat others how you want to be treated. Honest I am truly jealous that you made your dream come true its so similar to my own! Congratulations and be proud of who you are! You seem like a truly wonderful human being and your animals can tell. I wish to one day own horses and maybe even have a farm. But above all I just want to care for those who were used and hurt because I understand and feel they need shouldn't be tossed away. I know many who watch your channel have the same sentiments for that regard.
Javlin tried her hardest to talk you into letting her go. My best friend growing up was my horse. In fact I was S abused when younger and turned to our animals for comfort. I am 69 now and people tell me I care more about animals than I do people. They are right. To go through the things I have and still help people any way I am able is because of my relationship with animals. When Younger relatives ask me how I got through the things that happened to me( because I finally told some) and still be so caring. I tell them I am no longer that person.
I loved this video and how you shared things about growing up with a narcissist. I also grew up with a monster of a father. He was abusive to my Mom and my siblings and myself both emotionally and physically. But I married a wonderful man who helped me feel valued and loved. We stopped the cycle of dysfunctional family life. Unfortunately my husband passed away 14 years ago. Horses have helped me heal as well. You and I are survivors. Everyone deserves to be loved and protected as a child. Thank you for sharing a part of your life and how you overcame the brutality . I’m so proud of you and I am a big fan of your youtube channel! God bless you!
I thank you for sharing about your childhood experiences and how you came through it on the side of the light. I am glad that your mother and grandmother were there for you. Your horses were definitely enjoying their excursion today and you handled all of their herd antics in a positive way. Have a blessed and joyful Christmas with friends and your herd family.
Seeing the horses running free in the nature walk was so exciting. Also watching how the horses are handled and listen is inspiring showing a more trusting relationship between the horses and for the handler. Keep up the good work and congratulations for having horses that know your their person forever.
Jack, I appreciate your sharing some of the challenges you had growing up, and how you broke the cycle of abuse. Mental and physical abuse ran in my family for many generations, and I certainly suffered my share of both from childhood through young adulthood. My horses are my everything, and they give me unconditional love. I don't know where I'd be without them. I went through a profound tragedy and a close-to-death situation as a middle aged adult and my horses kept me sane. I love your herd and the way you relate to every animal in your care. Meanwhile I want to remind you that you have a wonderful herd of horses, and they are happy in their current numbers.
Ty so much for your honesty. I also left toxic parents, and some of their relatives. I was judged so harshly. I wanted a loving, non-manipulative, kind, life, with no physical punishment. When my husband saw the piece it gave me, he did the same. So our children grew up without grandparents. Sometime the cycle of toxic family has to be challenged and changed, or it goes on and on. Not easy, but rewarding in the end. So few people will talk about verbally/physical abuse from family members. It has to stop. Im 72yrs now, I just wont have it in my life. So impressed that you have taken this issue on for yourself/horses!🥰
animals have always been a comfort for me in hard times especially when young, mainly dogs and horses. Love you opening up, I was never abused, maybe a little verbally, but more suffered from neglect by parents who should not have had children. Glad you dealing with it so well now.
