The play was Our American Cousin. I swear I didn't look it up. I wouldn't know the exact date offhand, but I've been to Fords Theater in DC where the booth Lincoln was sitting in was preserved behind glass for tourists to see.
I don't think someone could go back and change history. Nobody would believe you, they would think you were just a crazy person. Another great TZ episode.
