      Two interviews. If i remember correctly they were called peak and panel

    Does P&G Recruitment assessment is mandatory for every role irrespective of seniority or for a starting position?

      @@bahroz Thank You. If someone is not able to clear the test at the first time for a role, can they apply some other role within 12 months. Or They can only apply after 12 months only.

      @@bahroz Thanks. Could you please help me with interview steps for someone who is applying for a lateral role in HR with P&G. Do they accept application in HR function if someone is not from XLRI/TISS/SIBM.
