I can hit the high note my voice is just extremely shaky...

That could be because you haven't trained the higher part of your voice. Just keep practicing and sing more with the higher part of your voice and soon you'll be able to hit the higher notes with ease :) don't strain your voice too much though, if you force yourself to go too high or practice too much at once you could damage your vocal chords. Also do breathing exercises because that can help make the higher notes easier to sing, I have trouble with my breathing while singing but since I've started working on controlling it, its been so much easier to sing the higher notes. You won't see an instant change but if you keep doing vocal exercises and breathing exercises you will start to notice a change. Hope I've helped a little :)

I can sing the high notes, but if I notice anyone near me at a 1km radius, I stop immediately, because I'm insecure about my voice and I fear of breaking off my voice when I sing. Maybe it's normal, but when people laugh at me for my voice suddenly cracking, I feel to ashamed to start singing again. I feel hurt, you might say it's exaggerating but, I'd stop singing even if it means infant of my family because I'm scared as hell, that something wrong is going to happen to my voice...I'm nervous when I sing a lone but when I sing in a group I'm not nervous at all. ah geez my comment is too long and unrelated here, but I certainly love this song a lot, cuz I feel it sooo much, the pain of what the song is talking about...
