Ive played a bit of rust recently so thats why I had this idea. I think it would be great if there was a hard reset to all mystic items and dark pants every 2 weeks to 1 month. To compensate, make items easier to get to make the grind less time consuming and close the distance in the ability to obtain mystics between low prestiges and high prestiges. Also make another reward system for players with the most kills before reset to get extra items after reset (Incentive to play despite items wiping). Overall, this would help new players feel like they have an ability to compete since the difference in prestige perks between low and high prestiges would show later through the season.
I havent played in a while so this could be the most horrid soul-wrenching putrid poo poo of a take for all I know :(
I feel like that’s a great system and I wish it were added. Rn I feel like there’s no incentive for any non or low prestige players to play because you just get shit on with no hope of catching up
Every 2 weeks? That ain't a very good idea I think a mystic reset when the economy becomes too much for newer players yea but if we were to give it a time limit on mystics it'd have to be at most once a year
A similar idea was proposed by minikloon (popular admin who created pit) during a connect 4 stream. His idea was that he’d release a new gamemode called pit redux where everyone would start from nothing and mystics wouldn’t exist, and the regular pit would stay as is
i dont think that would achieve anything, just allow cheaters and botters back in the game and everything would be fine. the current game is mostly dead since a large portion of cheaters got banned

make sure you are using optifine with the texturepack
