You never watched the seires lala was never an akuma, and you butchered Katsura's name. You probably watched a recap somewhere or got someone writing your script with 0 interest and it.
D.Gray-man is a true underrated classic. The manga is actually still ongoing with new chapters releasing every three months due to Hoshino's health issues.
@@KingKasperyou should research more, because later chapters confirm some of the building changes to the story which happened from the start(ie that the story does not stay in the black order and the exorcists end up having to work against enemies both there and the noah). Talking about the first anime without hallow or later chapters makes it seem like they're just trying to defeat the noah, but they're actually trying to find out events which started this world and set the noah on their current path, what innocence is and its connection with noah/dark matter, the series is only halfway through the story and the noah are winning as usual but the order is also dangerous. People sometimes get very mistaken impressions about where it's supposed to go which is frustrating, because there's been something clearly wrong ever since the suman dark arc. And because the series is called d GREY man lmao.
The end of the anime story isn't the end of everything, there is a lot more. However, I do have some of D.Gray-Man on DVD, Season 1 and 2 I think, plus I have a wooden Mugen in my umbrella stand I bought many years ago...

I dunno if its as iconic as your making it sound. Decent for the time, with a bit of a lul in the middle of the series, but I never hear anyone talking bout it these days, and I feel like it'll be forgotten completely soon enough 😅. I tried keeping up with the manga for awhile, but it was like always on hiatus and at some point I couldn't tell at all wtf was happening. Slight Manga Spoilers, but like Allan and the milenianium earl are both like 3-4 different people at the same time or something confusing.
That is insane that they are multiple personalities or something haha. Yeah I thought it was iconic but maybe to some people. It's just another run of the mill show
Well to me it's definetly iconic as well. One of the first anime I ever watched. Those are always special. ❤ I also remember how I loved Allen Walker as a character specifically: He was so gentle and polite but could also be cynical and devious (i. e. when he cheats at card games or in his interactions with Kanda 😂). That duality really draws me in! I decided to give the whole Manga a Re-read recently and it's still good the second time. 😊 Gives off that nostalgic 2000s Shounen vibe. But it's still confusing, even when I read it in one go. 😂 The Millennium Earl, Allen, Mana, Nea, Red, Timcampy.... All these characteres are intertwined somehow and the secrets of their exact backstories have not been revealed yet. I really do hope the author can finish the story! I want to know the truth of this World! Oh and of course: thanks for the Video! ;) It was a nice recap!
I loved it, lol but really starts to take a turn when the Noahs are introduced, they're like the big bad guys. People really be shitting on animes because of it's length, like how can you find a 13 episode anime better then a 100 episode anime that really gives you time to think and take everything in, really be dropping it cause it takes a while to get to the good part lmao. Eh, you don't like it you just don't. The new "D Gray man HALLOW" is just... Ew, and no. Like omg

I don't remember Ed and Alfonse finding out their powers actually want an apocalypse to happen do you? The series is only halfway through because of Hoshino's health, but they're currently planning on spying on the order to find out what the Heart is, what apocryphos is after and with every exorcist learning about apocryphos the danger of them becoming fallen ones like suman(guy who died after wiping out a village) increases. Kanda took back his innocence to help Allen who they now want to capture or kill because he's a Noah, but Kanda's already showing signs of becoming fallen now he's working against the order and after all the hatred he holds for being experimented on as a second exorcist with Alma karma. The plot isn't about fighting akuma noah rinse repeat, they have to find another way to end the war.
