    This game is such a great example of how incredible the atmosphere was at Cole Field House for a big game!! It was as intense as anyplace in the country---just an awesome place!!

    That UNC team was such an incredibly talented team. This was an enormous win for Maryland that year.

    Maryland was sneaky good in 1998. Despite being a 4 seed. They were stuck in the same region as defending national champion Arizona
