It looked like Head Coach Brandon Staley would be safe for the season, but after a performance like that, everything is on the table. Daniel and David, just want to say thank you for being our therapy throughout the season. I grew up in the Bronx and my husband grew up in Brooklyn. We became fans decades ago because his uncle lived in San Diego. We are every dayers and appreciate your heart for this team and we agonize with you. Let's hope this exclamation point of a game is loud enough for the Spanos family to wake up and we can start to get back on track next year. We don't want to see another talented quarterback wasted by this franchise. Enough is enough.

Its not just about Justin Herbert let’s just call Staley for what he is. He’s horrible. The front office is horrible and asfar as Spanos it’s almost like that’s what we get for. Continuoto hire these inexperienced coaches. It’s time for Tom Telesco to go as well. Herbert has been here and we did lose several games with him being here its time to call out Kellen Moore as well for having a horrible offensive game plan. They all must be fired and I’m tired of hearing people saying Kellen Moore deserves a chance to get interview for head coaching job. He didn’t do anything the last few games he’s been horrible as well. Dean Spanos must make a point and fire Staley and Tom Telesco Tomorrow.
While I agree with some of your points, some of this stuff is unwarranted Moore has proven to be capable given he has the tools....he has called some great plays and what happens is the O-Line crumbles or dropped passes by our players wide open. But Staley is the main culprit because he is the sole reason the games are even close for the wrong reasons....dude calls the most lack luster deffense ever I'm not even sure what it's meant to stop because it isn't the run and it damn sure isn't the pass multiple weak ass quarterbacks having Career games vs us this season.

Wow. I thought that the Steelers losing to the Cards, with a QB making only his second start after a long injury period, the week after they were shut out, was the biggest disgrace of the season. I think the Chargers managed to beat that last night. Tomlin and Staley should both be unemployed.

I have been watching the Chargers since '79. This game was the worst I have ever seen. This debacle is evidence of a leadership issue and lack of team character. And when I say leadership, I am including ownership. Spanos need to go. They are bad for the league.

I would love to know what the coaching staff feels about the players? The players actually showed other teams how terrible they are at their position. Hopefully none of the ones that got burnt get hired anywhere else and they get let go because I know at my job if I suck /play this bad I have to go look for a different job.
yeah, honestly I'm right there with you. The players energy, focus, execution, effort, etc. was just a complete embarrassment last night. I realize that some of that is on the coaching staff but these guys are also playing for their job and I thought they were professionals...They should be able to find their own motivation or pride that prevents efforts like last night.@@eddieb7001

Mark Davis is easy to make fun of. But he's getting the last laugh. Chargers owners can learn alot from Mark. He's got balls to fire Josh early in the season, and Mark loves his football team.
As long as John Spanos is playing Fantasy Football, but with real players, this team will go nowhere. All the Moves that Spanos made was him trying to show how much he thinks he knows more than us. Telesco’s purpose has been fall guy for John’s failures.

I think it's right to let Staley coach rest of the way because nobody else needs those losses around their neck, staining their career forever. Give a new coach a chance to get the right mindset, the right training, coachinf and people in. Give them a whole offseason, the draft, etc to get on top of the issues. No evaluation is possible right now in this kind of situation with hopeless players and no possibility of success. It's not fair to an interim coach nor anyone else.

The defensive guru, Brandon Staley, HIS defense gave up SEVEN TDs. The irony here is the Raiders defense scored TWO TDs. It should be time for Staley to be tossed out immediately. He has been proven to not know what the hell he’s doing.

The game where every receiver was dropping passes in the rain? Hows that his fault? He managed to not put the team in bad situations unlike stick. How is it his failt when his oline is no help, his defense is bottom 3, his running backs cant run, and his receivers either cant catch or are hurt. Herbert is alone on that field. If we won 5 its becaise of him, without him we'd be 0 - 14 for sure.
