So awesome. Keep doing what you are doing! Creativity and imagination are the best and most positive realms to swim in! Your channel has been a inspiration for me and I use your past videos for reference since you have many different ones that you unbox. Thank you for that I started collecting bjds just a few years ago. I was a avid collector of Gi joe and not because I love war toys but because as a kid I made up new backs stories from my imagination about them and took them apart and mixed parts of the Joe's as a kid. U loved making new figures and wild 10 year old me versions of heroes and adventures that had nothing to do with the Gi joe franchise. I have dyed my first 1/4 resinsoul doll and it worked out so well. I am sculpting and drawing and making furniture and clothes too. I love my new 1/3 scale figures. I am now selling a bunch of my 1/12 scale to put the money towards stuff I am more engaged with.
Thank you this year so far has been so inspiring. I think with a year of decluttering and organizing other aspects of my home and life I've found a renewed interests in being more creative. Resinsoul dolls are the perfect dolls to start with for dye projects as they are relatively inexpensive. When I first started in the hobby Resinsoul wouldn't do custom colors so I had to dye a few dolls myself to create the characters. Now with a brand new kitchen I'm terrified of staining something by doing any dye projects..lol. I'm so thankful that Resinsoul will do custom colors now. I too have been trying to sell stuff so that I can focus on the things that really are important and special to me. Thanks again for watching.
@MsKittyBlue i actually bought a two burner electric hot plate and did the dying outside! I bought stainless steel pots at the thrift store as to not damage or use one I use for food! The hotplate got the water barely to a low boil but didn't make it gurgle and boil over at all, so it was better than using the stove I think! Just a option if you ever consider doing your own coloring. I was trying to work with the resinsoul people to commission a glow in the dark resin bjd maybe!!
Blogger allows unlimited photos for it's photo stories as long as the pictures are a certain size. I just recently went back to blogger, and was able to upload all of my Season one bjd web comic, all 80 chapters. As it doesn't reverse post, I did start by uploading the last chapter first and the first chapter last to get them in order, and I will do that with the next season as well. Try the sidebar layout so you can label you picture selections or chapters.
I did find my old blogger but no clue what email I used..lol. It appears though that my photos don't show you have to actually click on each one and there is no going to the next you have to close go back and open the next one, maybe the photos are too large?? I'll have to figure something out. I'd love to see bjd web comic whats your account?
