Here's my 2cents. Professor's moves seem to be way more on the legal side of the basketball rules. The conman is just more of a showman.. it's an entertaining show but not legal moves imho

Conman is nice, but the majority of his moves cannot be done in an actual game, because he is carrying the ball, travelling, etc. He has definite skills, but the Professor is very polished with his handles and although sometimes he carries the ball, the majority of his moves are legal in an actual game setting. Plus, another difference is Conman plays against a bunch of scrubs, tbh. Anyone with only average ball handles can cross the shit out of the guys he is showcasing on. The Professor has played against some extremely talented ballers and proved his worth. Respect to them both though. Dope skills and techniques.

Of course those moves cant be used in a real game. Its called STREETBALL. And do you honestly believe that he would use those moves if he was playing in a real game to win. Also you say he play with a bunch of scrubs. Well alot of the professor highlights he's playing a bunch of scrubs too. And when professor was playing against people around his level, the only move he got on them was through the legs, but literally any baller can do that. Conman is better hands down.

professor is not the type of streetballer than con-man is, the professor' freestyle is more on the side of the "legal" plays, there's no point on comparing those two...and besides, a lot of the moves of professor are his version of the ex-and1 team player's moves, professor took a lot of inspiration of hot sauce, pat da rock, shane the dribbling machine, AO, prime objective,etc...

They both have their own styles, conman is very fancy on what he does. And professor loves to just not try but still makes some good moves.
So on this one I would have to choose both
In terms of skill its hard to determine because your skill sets are much different from each other. Professor is an ankle breaker but still tries to play actual games and focuses on the points. Conman is more of a flashy kind of skill where it doesnt matter much if you win rather than putting up a nice show by embarrassing your opponents with flashy moves. The professors moves are of course more legal(altho alot r illegal) and the conmans moves are more of it doesn't matter if theyre illegal as long as they look cool. Its like the difference between an olympic act vs a circus act. One attempts to win and the other attempts to dazzle

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge Professor fan, both on and off the court for what he does, but I think it’s unfair to compare one hooper who had the opportunity to flourish and refine his entertainment skill type of play into something that is more natural and legal like all these other commenters are saying when Conman doesn’t/didn’t have that available to him, to which I think had the And1 mix tape still exist today he would have made it and have the opportunity to become a better hooper like Professor, and I respect him for paving his own way ~ keep it up man you are entertaining and keep searching for others to collaborate with to improve every day
