My friend was in a video similar to this (different channel) when he was homeless. He asked his face to be blurred so that his family did not know he was homeless.
They have to be blurred because someone might find him if he was unblurred and bully him, or try steal things so they don't want people to recognize their face

I was homeless and starving not too long ago and let me tell you speaking as someone that's been in that scenario the kindness of someone who cares can be the difference between giving up or pushing on. Now 2 years later I kicked my habit I live in a nice house, got a great job and I'm going from strength to strength. I cried my heart out watching this.
