They act like she's going to eat the entire thing! My cousin has always been slim and athlietc. He eats healthy, too. He still got diabetes. My sister. Same thing. She got diabetes from a medication. So, eating sugar doesn't mean you're definitely going to get diabetes. If that was true, 99.9% of us would be a diabetic. If you know a dessert will harm you, don't eat it. But don't crap on people who can enjoy them.

They don't know squat. I eat around 4,000+ mgs of sodium a day plus twice the RDA of other vitamins and minerals. And, I rarely drink water. Even though I explain why I can eat that much salt and not suffer the consequences, some people prefer to not listen and still think they know my body and its nutritional needs better. 🙄 I said I don't drink water because I have Water Induced Electrolyte Imbalance. Someone commented, "There's no such thing". Seriously. Do people not know how to research anymore? It takes 2 seconds to look it up.
@goodsupporter kids do that on their own without the help of videos like this, and parents should be monitoring and teaching their kids about not wasting food instead of hoping that the internet won’t give them ideas. Also what family has all these different ice creams just laying around? And even if kids do do this, at least it’s better than eating tide pods. Also why Gen Z specifically? Gen Alpha too at least. I’m Gen Z and i made this comment specifically because my parents taught me about the importance of not wasting food.
