When you're in the middle of a song, your phone shaking doesn't really affect your vision at all. You can still see the notes pretty clearly for some reason. It looks different for anyone watching.
Muscle memory my guy, he just remembers where to press on the screen not necessarily what the note is. It's not like he is just finding not the notes on the fly.
