      He can do the planche however he wants, but please don’t say that his form is so perfect. Crooked back that he has reminds me of a sh*tting dog or maybe I thought he doesn’t feel well. Look at the gymnasts how they do planche before attempting it. You are destroying the whole esthetics of this beautiful planche element. Plus you are using parallel bars which is so disgusting, try to do it on the floor. I bet you won’t hold it for a second

      He already was able to do handstand pushups and advanced tucked planche… so it was more than a year of training in order to achieve planche. But he is milking the zero to full planche in 4 months…

    This start is clearly not an untrained state. Yes he may not have trained planche specifically, but he does have a lot of transferable strength and conditioning from other push exercises (namely handstand).
    The title is a bit missleading because most people will think you got the planche in 4 months from an untrained state.
    By the same logic calisthenics experts can bench press way more than an average person even though they haven't trained bench press actively, ergo it doesn't mean that if they start now they will start "from 0".

      You need to slowly shift your weight forward as you "un-tuck" your legs to do the adv tuck. It's basically a balancing act (that of course puts extra stress on your shoulders). It's where I'm at right now.

And from zero to tucked planche 4 months or more can take! Therefore from 0 to full planche it will certainly take more than a year and this is if you only dedicate to planche, which is not ideal!
