thanks, Doug that was a really useful set of tutorials I now understand duplicate functions and how to modify them, also i really have a good understanding now of the ruler guides and how to use them productively, also using the P and associated letter functions it was well worth me sitting down and getting this tutorial nailed. thanks again Robb

    Hi Doug,
Thank you for another valuable video.
Please explain how you calculate the rotation factor value to use to the number of equal small circles to would like to see?
There are other similar videos where have the small circle on the big circle circumference and it boggles me too... How you calculate the rotation factor of the small circle to be equally spaced on big circle circumference?
    Thank you
    Ali

      not sure If I understand, if you want 5 then 360 / 5 = 72 deg and so on 360 /6 = 60 Deg

Doug, when I try this, when I use the duplicate, it duplicates the circle just to the right of the original. I did move the center point to the center of the bigger circle. What do I do wrong?

make sure you duplicate distance is set to 0.00 on both, up top about in the center, let me know

@@DougGreenAustin Thx, I do change this, but it defaults every time to 5mm, 5mm. Is there a way to make the default 0,0?

Hi Mr. Green how can you fill out a circle with 70, 60, 25 etc. equal small circles?
