He's not allowed to retire! Seriously, he's brilliant. I love his Rag-Gidon-Time program, the intricate little steps and details he pulls off while pretending to goof off and be a clown is amazing.
Still, the best ever! Every program is unique. This is so clever. His footwork is unparalleled. His attention to the music is outstanding. He doesn't repeat same old moves. Every young skater today should watch Kurt to see 'how it's done!' He is simply the best. His "Nyah" program is still my favorite. (I thought he had retired, but he's as good as he ever was, even more musical.)
Just watched a video of Scott Hamilton in a competition and Kurt was doing the commentating. He used this same song. Kurt made the comment that he had only heard it like 70 times the year before in the stars on ice tour but that it was a perfect choice for the competition. It's only fitting, given his close relationship with Scott, that he would someday skate to it. Excellent job!
Agreed! It doesn't seem to matter how intense his performance is. He never seems winded when it's over. Then again, he's been doing this almost his entire life and he's worked hard at it. That's the secret!
What I have always thought sent him apart from others was his ability to jump with what looks no setup. Skating one minute in the air the next. So many skaters telegraph their jumps his are uncanny
Love those uncanny footwork movements. Great positive and encouraging comments to perform better!❤Kurtmin my ❤ respectively!
No other skater does footwork like that. Even Scott Hamilton will tell you, nobody but Kurt!
He knows how to hold an audience. Love how he tap dances on ice.
Watching it again.... One of my favorites of so many.
This footwork is epic!

Kurt that's exactly what my uncle said about me making a comeback with horseback riding. Your right and he's right thanks for confirming it.

Fabulous!!! Kurt’s one of my all-time favorites.
Love this! All I can think of was, imagine Gene Kelly on ice. Reminds me of what he or Fred Astaire would do for a dance.
Ultimate master of edges and steps!

It was great to watch live as well!
Kurt's DNA needs to be studied. If we could unlock the secret to that stamina...
by watching this video, I was thinking the same thing... he's simply amazing!

There has never been a sexier male skater.

Geoffery Taylor is an amazing singer too. Kurt and Geoffery make a great team.
