Exciting stuff! Sandals Grenada has both US and UK plugs in the room; pretty much all modern laptops convert electricity, though you can check on your cord to ensure it can switch voltage automatically if worried. Take care! ~ Addison

Yay!!! That is so exciting!! If you booked directly within the last 2 weeks as it sounds you did, I would be honored to serve as your complimentary concierge agent for your honeymoon and make sure you have the best continuing deal. If you'd like to discuss more, you are welcome to email me at hello@reliantdestinations.com. Have a great day! :) ~ Addison
Hi Dan! Those people are likely referring to the fact that butlers will reserve seats for their guests foremost. I've been many times and haven't seen a shortage of chairs, however. Just if you don't have a butler you may not get your first preference. Unoccupied chairs aren't allowed to be held, either, so are cleared to provide space for those looking for chairs. If you'd like any assistance with planning a trip, don't hesitate to reach out! :) hello@reliantdestinations.com
Hi Lauren, I'm not actually sure if they are heated directly, but I've stayed in several myself and found them ambient temperature and warm in the day. Any questions at all, I would be thrilled to help: hello@reliantdestinations.com
Question: if I go in May are you saying there will be no lobster or is that wrong. Also the resort isn't open until 20days because covid i assume so are they going to have all the waters sports, excursions and activities available in May?
Hi, you are right - no lobsters on the island from May 1st until the 31st of August. This is the law and nearly every other Caribbean island has a similar season. The resort is about to re-open, yes, and is expected to open in the same way as all the other Sandals resorts have - everything available, but a few indoor high-congestion places with masks and that is it! :) If you'd like to discuss further, just drop me a message at hello@reliantdestinations.com and you can also take a peek at the brochure here: www.sandals.com/digital-photo-albums/SLS/?referral=101355&agentid=ADJA2209
I'm actually doing filming at Grande Antigua in 2 days from now! :) Antigua also has a closed lobster season in May, I'm afraid. Barbados is the exception with the year-round lobster season - FYI.
@@MrTraveLux do you know if some of the stuff like snorkeling or scuba will be open in May in Grenada since its only going to be open for 30 days till then and does Antigua have that open too? Do you know if excursions off the resort are also being done as well?
All of that is open in Antigua at the moment and I'll be posting a watersports video in the next couple of weeks. Grenada will only open when they are able to offer the full experience including watersports from the resort, so no worries there! Off-resort excursions are subject to fluctuating island restrictions and may or may not be available. Feel free to drop me an email for any other questions or if you'd like the best deal. :)
Grenada definitely isn't a party resort, but there is definitely a light-hearted and enjoyable selection of evening entertainment! From white nights, manager parties, beach festivals, live music, and more - there's plenty to entertain! :) If you're thinking to book or did just book, definitely drop me a message at hello@reliantdestinations.com - I'd love to help! ~ Addison
Glad you enjoyed the videos! Also, I’ll have to gently suggest otherwise on your correction. ;) “Granada” is a Spanish destination, one that many Europeans accidentally visit each year by choosing the wrong airport haha! Grenada is pronounced, by nearly all, as “nay”; I’ve spent many collective months on this island and have never heard otherwise, from locals and fellow Caribbeans alike. :)

Any idea how it is finding beach chairs during the day? Some reviews stated that it was hard to find

Are the sky pools heated? I saw a review that said it was freezing.
