okay but as someone with anxiety I relate to eating the same thing every day.. Like sometimes all I can do is just make the thing I know I will eat because eating something is better than eating nothing. Ya know? But I am also proud of you, Amy, for starting to eat more whole foods - so much better for your body and the environment!

youre one of the few youtubers i watch still since i started up high school again, and i realized literally right after I watched this video how toxic influencers that give teenagers like me who are supposed to be eating at least 2000 calories a day, tutorials on how to lose weight, and diet meals that are 200 calories each and 1000 in a day. I realized also how little ive been eating because of it, the unhealthy relationship Ive developed with food, and how the message that "youre not pretty unless your skinny" actually got to me, no matter how hard I tried to not let it. I just unfollowed all the beauty youtubers that were genuinely the source of all my self esteem issues, but I hadnt admitted it to myself. Its going to be hard, especially because of high school and being around the girls who shame you every day for what you eat, and the boys that taunt you for being ugly, and how ive truly never really known what its like to be confident in yourself, but I am going to try and better myself, my relationship with food, and my self esteem. This video was honestly my awakening, and I thank you infinitely for that.

I love this kind of weight loss/lifestyle video... it doesn't have to be this huge shift in lifestyle, just eat mainly healthy things you love and be more active in things you love. ALSO I've been drinking a shit ton of water during the day (it's good to buy a water bottle) and it makes a huge difference in appetite and digestion.

Cooking is so much easier and accessible than people make it out to be- fine dining aside - its all about finding the flavors and tastes you like- and learning what pairs well. Levi got that cramp because he needa eat MORE fruit, I swear (low potassium can cause cramps- eata banana, boi) - the peaches in the morning -or any fruit - especially at the start of your day are SO SO good for you - your body is probably craving those peaches/fruit because it wants the nourishment! Nothing to be ashamed of - be proud your body is asking for it!!!! + The morning / first meals of the day are the most absorbed and nourishing meals so everything about this is on point. I am mainly plant-based and get so excited for my meals - learning to cook plants the way you like them is such an amazing lesson to learn- I legit get so excited about my meals, and listen to my cravings - and on days I'm tired or down - fast, easy options are always my first go-to - finding healthy substitutes are just a part of the journey, one day at a time
I've been changing my diet too. quarentine made me fell really bad about myself, I wasn't moving my ass off the couch. I decided to change it. not just my body but my mental health has improved. Go on girl, you're doing great. ❤
As someone with little motivation because of depression and just going through a rough time in my life, I'm happy that you're having these little victories, it doesn't take a lot to give some hope to people and even with a video like this one it sure can accomplish that. I literally just took a whole page of notes on her daily activity/cooking routine. I'm going to try it out. Can't wait. 1. Go to bed around 9 or 10pm. 2. Wake up early, before the sun. 3. Go for a hike-get outside! 4. Breakfast-Make awesome oatmeal: 1 cup of oatmeal cooked with 2 Tbsp chia seeds, 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, 2 sliced bananas, several dates, LOTS of cinnamon. 5. Snack (around 11am)- Peaches (at least 2) plus CHOCOLATE! 6. Lunch- Fried Tofu and Avocado Salad: Fry Tofu in Tamari sauce, add to bowl of spring mix salad tossed with and balsamic vinaigrette, sliced avocado, sunflower seeds. 7. Snack- Chocloate (I assume more peaches too!) 8. Dinner- Burrito bowl inspired sausage dish- Veggie sausage served with a bowl of spring greens topped with beans and salsa cooked on stovetop, rice, simple guacamole (avocado smashed with lemon juice and salt). 9. Repeat steps 1-8. :)

I can so relate with this! I never know what to make or cook, and always just go for what's easy or available in the pantry or refrigerator...
Just great advice really too. First get outside, walk a mile...make your food at home, eat oatmeal, fruit and veggies and protein...I can do that.
