Weapons:
weapon dmg based on rarity have changed by a matter of one weapon damage. green and blue weapons have the same weapon damage, purple and orange have the same aswell.

All Attributes are the same no matter the rarity, but armor rating goes up with rarity.

Also weapons has like 1 damage upgrade when its legendary thats about it / I'm also going to miss Regular Interaction speed that I would roll on random pieces to hit the gold pile faster and loot quicker. W patch Ironmace.
Yeah I used to always buy spears with interaction speed. I really don't care about the damage on spear when I'm using animal forms, its just a handy loot stick to hold when I'm looting...
But I guess looting is pointless now so doesn't matter if we never touch a pile again, right?
Kazaren pls i want to ask you something. A lot of dnd content creators have left the Game after making a video statement, but i think It would be better if you guys did a protest video instead bu playing the game in the most Broken way posible and uploading that to gather support for a patch 68 or 67 return.
For example after this "barb nerf" still play barb and one shot geared ppl and make a video compilation of It. In a similar way to the Ranger traps videos

@@nathanscarlett4772 so curious what hes "working" on in the last 2 years all we have gotten is an ice map a new boss and druid all models for monsters/weapons and bosses were bought in the unreal asset store they literally just copy and pasted attack patterns and animations into the game that they purchased and undid 2 years of "balancing" so what actual work is being done by these "devs" im praying that nexon takes the game from these hacks
To be fair regarding buff duration, even though this sucks this may indirectly nerf magic user slightly since more people will start using Will as a replacement, which also comes with a ehole lot of benefits (Magic Resist., Magic Interaction, Buff Duration, Debuff Duration).
I had REAAALLLLLY hoped that buff duration had not been removed. I think that the ability to tweak so many different aspects of how a character plays was one of the best points of this game. I was curious what "removing lesser used random modifiers" actually entailed and it sounds like it is not great. I am on the same page with Kazaren
I mained buff duration warlock, having 80% buff duration on average made pots, flame walk and phantomize so effective. No one really ran it and it always felt like my own thing, absolutely gone now. If i stacked to 50-55 will id probably still only have about 40% buff duration. Devs are cooking me man.

Oh no. Poor Bart has to actually build knowledge gear to cast his songs. Poor druid actually has to build Matt knowledge gear to use his spells instead of just getting random memcap roles on statistically the best piece of gear that you could run crazy

Tbh i hope there is a bigger picture we just dont see yet (a bit easy to hate on a patch, but in general ironmace has my trust that they usually understand what the player wants even if they have to try back and forth a few patches).. i think this patch would be fine if u think about their "vision" of the game with gems, imagine every weapon has almost the same stats and no random rolls, but the quality decides how much sockets for gems this certain item has, for example i can put one gem into a green item and 4 gems into an orange one... now your "loot grind" will be the gem grind (finding a phys power, phys dmg and max health gem for this one sword for example) and maybe good armor with a lot of sockets... i guess in this patch half is missing, but tbf i have to try it out to see if this gem system is bad or not, bc idk how it feels yet... but im still coping a bit aswell..
Mem cap and buff Duration being gone when bards, wizards, druids and rogue and wizard all used them
But thank God we kept max health ones for that extra 1-2 hp after every class lost 15 hp. And now with gear change I would easily swap 4str item for 2-3 str with mem cap. Now everything is 5 and if I wanna use my extra spells I gotta swap 5 str for 5 knowledge when I only need 3 mem cap
This might be a hot take, but I honestly think 69-1 is worse than 69...
It doesn't fix any of the problems they introduced with 69 and instead just makes the game even more boring and useless to grind for new gear. They deleted the ability to build interesting off-meta builds like buff duration. Now its like, you build damage and HP or you go find a different game that actually supports build diversity....
If this is the long term vision, I'm not buying. Gonna go find a better game
I think this is much less of a hot take than you think it might be lol me and my buddies completely agree. Imo there NEEDS to be dead rolls to make the god rolls feel so much better rather than every piece rolling what you’d want.

The adjustments to random mods feels slightly better. My first raid I found a chest with +2 stats on all 3 random rolls. But ranged damage is still beyond busted. I am sad they removed buff duration.
Debuff duration was great too, now theres 0 build diversity.
They have no clue what they're doing. My arena kit is dead again because now i need 7+ knowledge to use my main loadout as druid. I'm so tired of them doing this shit mid wipe. Rank 8 solo druid done with this game for now. Maybe I'll do some squire gear battle royal stuff, but theyre totally losing me. Im starting to have the urge to play WoW again

I've also noticed with cloaks that the blue cloaks have can have 1 or 2 stat rolls... such a horrible system
ah so basically every legendary spellbook will now be BIS cause there are only 6 possible rolls - magic pen / magic damage bonus % / magic heal / magic power / max health / max health bonus %...yeah its nice that good books will be on the cheaper end but its also like, ruins the feeling of finding / picking up a BIS spellbook (just an example item)
It doesn't make any difference, if one of the party members can "hear" everything all across the map ;)

I never used buff/debuff duration in my builds it always felt as a dead attribute, would rather have vigor, agi, will, or any other, as for additional mem cap I wish they only removed mem capacity bonus, and removed spell cast speed, wizards spell casting is already too fast and op, I am glad they removed interaction attributes, and they need to remove magic attributes from physical weapons, clerics/wizards will be fine without them. BTW I play all classes except rogue.

Usual from dark to make half assed updates they have been doing it from the start. Back in the day they killed the game multiple times with the most brain dead updates, now we are back to it. I don’t think the game can really recover now. 500k discord users with only 14k ingame lol
I’d like to see SDF play the game in lobbies, this whole time he’s probably been playing barb and just upset he sucks at the game. Patch fixed a few things but wish gear got the same idea as what rings got and god forbid we get our health back. Getting in shot in a video game is a complete let down.

Human spear druid has gone from unplayable to non existent. I am extremely depressed, human spear druid was what caused me to become addicted to the game again, then they nerfed it, nerfed it again and again and again and now theyve nerfed it...again.

@@PuntTheDog not anymore, hasn't been for so long because of all the druid nerfs overtime. I'm pretty sure I was the original creator of the build as far as I know, never really saw anyone running it because everyone was doing panther at the time. I'm sure there were potentially other people using it because dreamwalk was hard nerfed, but ill take credit anyway 😂

I quit dad until they fix there mistakes , but even if they do there communities trust in there decisions is lost forever. I have never seen a more stupid group of devs than this game.
They just need to add little more diff like statwise for now . They need to bring gem system with next wipe . Current gear system can work only with gem system. And nerf barb rage ms - reduce bow damages .
They need to revert to patch 68

Sounds like an all legendary gear Druid crying the ballistic flying missile bear can’t one shot off a cheese movement tech and also have every utility spell.
Every utility spell? You mean the ranged spell that tickles people? You mean the wall that doesnt wall anything? You mean the tree that dies in 2 hits? Or the healing spells that sometimes disappear entirely and heal enemies?
@@dylancrosby2451 heal enemies skill issue, dissappear bug to be reported or ya missed the spell so either way possible skill issue the attack spell wasn't the issue it was being able to heal really good and also dps just as good meaning most druid will w key since most of the time it worked for them
@@thatanimebro2373 sounds like a skill issue for you that you can't dodge the slow moving bear, not to mention that one shot bear was already nerfed. Bear is quite literally the slowest thing in the entire game, it has slower attacks than a barbarian, it also gets hard countered by doors, high ground, magic, ranged attacks, shields, longswords, body blocking and environmental decoration pieces... yet people like you still whinge that you die to it, that's the real skill issue.

We are testing the game not playing it if you don't like that, don't play, it's what you signed up for when you paid for, and if you didn't the you have no right to bitch. The worst feeling in this game is hitting someone 5-6 times in the chest, and they live or having them run away due to move speed when the make a bad blunder the druid nerf im taking about is they can't stack strength no more and have viable support btw not bear. This also applies to all other caster classes
69 and 69-1 were for rhe casual, new players, and timmy. Now skill matters more than gear. Hr has no requirments. Gear has tuned modifiers. Both patches are great, love it. Long live skill dif!

I am convinced people don't understand basic principles of supply and demand. When someone loots a royal coffin and gets 400g worth of treasure, they then go to extract and then sell that treasure to vendor. 400g just got added to the total currency pool in the market. Now someone wants to sell a legendary item. Two people want to buy that item. That item may only garner a very slight edge over the competition, but because of the floating capital in the economy due to constant influx of cash from people selling treasure to vendor, that item will still be just as valuable to the person who looted it as it would if it were a massively advantageous upgrade as there are still plenty of buyers vying for advantage and build optimization. The looting aspect of this game is just as good as ever. The qualifiers for what makes certain items valuable has changed in ways, but in other ways the same underlying ideas are all still there. All that has really happened is that gear differential has been tightened up to a huge degree- looting and the value of doing so still remains.
They lowered TTK and brought up the lower end of the gear curve by an insane amount. This basically means that if you are running "good" gear you are probably going to mostly be fighting people in gear that isnt worth anything. Investing in good gear is not worth it. It is all risk and no reward. Especially when we have naked Rangers and Barbs who can essentially one shot (or two shot) cheese any other class regardless of gear.
I love that comment. It's hard to watch people are being upset by changes they likly don't even WANT to understand. Gear can still be improved, it's just more skill based to win fights now. And sure thing, the big advantages of some classes at the moment need some balancing. But man give them some time.
@viruss8892 It yields advantage. The influx of money is the same. Will always be worth to loot well rolled items that are valuable to players due to simple supply demand dynamic. I'll agree the balance needs serious work and game certainly feels shocking at the moment but that's no excuse to cry and review bomb them (again) or invent issues that aren't there

Just give them time to pan it out and get it how they want it, so you can have the chance to see something special or different or terrifying or disgusting. Whatever it will be will be but at least give it a chance to become rather than throwing the baby out with with the bathwater on every step
The issue is why would you want to spend time looting n shit if u need a fuckload of gold to get such minor improvements in kit.
Not to mention many builds are just unplayable.
Mem cap amd buff duration being gone kills melee wizards, buff duration lock, druids especially the support healing type.
Having less hp like this also means high single hit dmg classes reign so windlass and barbs obv.
And again, who cares about killing the "bis team" if they have the exact same kinda build as you but have 10 power more.
An amount of damage mind you that will rarely net you 1 less hit to kill with how little hp is around.
Just run exclusively squire or 1 rolled greens, its the most efficient way to play.

I think its a W decreasing the stat lines in this game. Having 50 states that only amount to doing 5 things makes no sense. Unless you like the math of trying to figure out how to put together stats, doing this is a huge win. I have been playing this game casually for about a year and still have no idea what stats I really want to prioritize. It only feels this way for people who play this game like a job, but really its a game.
Nah man I play this game casually and these last 2 patches have utterly ruined this game. There’s still dam near no reason to try and get bigger rarity gear. There’s going to be virtually no build diversity to speak of. For devs who claim this is a DND inspired game this game is so far off from that
