Two of my favorite water sport YT’s in the same vid. Nice! LSA for sure. NV wins comfort and ease of portability but those are doable mods. A full rubber bottom sounds more like S&M than a doable mod.
Great video! Both are great options. I love being a ambassador for both TBN and NPV. I even have the same affiliate discount code "FLORIDA" for both companies 😂 But it's great to showcase both for the consumer.
Nice, I’d say this vid is referential for making the correct choice. As someone who fishes the salt, trolls gear for hours and already owns a 9.8, it would be LSA all day for me. The NS aesthetically looks better, but the LSA seems more robust. I can see standing, bashing through rough chop while keeping it all under control with the grab bar.
6HP 2 Stroke CHeap Hangkai 12 MPH plus, I bet it can go faster, I havent test other motors on it because I 'm just slacking now lol NS130 feels like a very light, super stable and capable 60# kayak, yeah they dont exist lol the air feels like a bigger skiff
Depends on what electric pump you have. But it’s just four board slats + the front piece. If it’s already preassembled then the set up is pretty quick.
WOOWHOOO I MADE IN THE VIDEO! LIFE GOAL ACCOMPLISHED :)
😂
To funny!!! But you the man too!!

Good synopsis. Love how you have both boats so you can truly see the pluses and minuses of both.
Thanks, it took a lot of work!
Great video! - watched it while unpacking my NS130🙂. Can't wait to get it on the water...

Why not get a Saturn kaboat for half the price?

I would love to see the lite skiff modded with a seat.
A lot of good info but think I would get the lite skiff air just from the robust of it
Good choice
On the Newport boat, do you think it would be possible to rig up a bench seat mounted across the poles on the bow plate? 🤔
Not without additional mods to support it on the hull.
Wondering how tough the top vinyl is when dealing with hooks? I’m a salt water fisherman with tugboat traffic. Thoughts on this in the salt?
You will be fine with a little care.
What is the approximate set up time start to finish from roller bag to ready to launch? Thanks

Which is easier to setup and break down each time? I don’t have room to keep inflated.
Yes it gets easier with repetition
