You are basically like me. I hate nose buses but yet the other version of the buses like the flat nose came out and I like them a whole lot better

Hey i bought school bus pack. I just started the game. Level 8. When can i use school bus career?

I think you can use the pack anytime but you have to go to the green circle for DLC as long as it shows the green circle for DLC and then the quest will begin in. You will need to go to the depot. It's a different Depot though
