Did you take the stock mosfets out of the 447 and put different ones back in To get that kinda power???

No sir. Those are the factory irf520s. I also have bigger power wire feeding it. The factory 14 guage cord starves the radio for power, so I built my own 10 gauge cord with xt60 power plug. That brought the radio from 82 peak to over 100 peak. Just upgrading the power wire made a huge difference in voltage drop.
