Listen to this: I own a Partybox 300. When I place it in one corner of my room and then sit in the opposite corner, I can feel the bass heavily in my chest. Now, I can’t begin to imagine how it would feel if I placed a Partybox Ultimate there instead.
i have partybox 310 and i always use the middle button for the basss not the punchy bot other one it blows more and feels more satisfying but great vid men
I have 2 partybox 710s and I had a sweet 16 birthday party they wanted karaoke. It was in a smaller church and I took a 710 and it was shaking the church. They told me it was stronger than the sound system in the church. ( i could see 2 15" tops and some subs underneath them and it looked like older equipment) but from that situation I could definitely see using 2 Ultimate partybox speakers for a decent size gig. Because after that party i wouldn't worry about a party of upto 100-150 people party. 2 Ultimate speakers would definitely work for a large part and i really never thought about this till now seeing this new partybox because i have some larger Bose and JBL pa equipment but I definitely think 2 Ultimates would work NO Problem. LOL great video!
@mihaijuravle6145 I think you would have to add a sub to the 715 to produce the bass that the ultimate produces. So I think speaker to speaker yes. But the 715 is a pro pa speaker and it will probably be better mids and highs.
owner of two 1000s here, the main problem is the height of the speakers: during events satellites are mounted on a tripod ABOVE people, cause if they're not mids and highs get basically blocked, and already from like the 5th row you'd start to hear basically just bass, that's why these speakers aren't suitable for events where you need very high volume, cause people in first rows would be good (cause they indeed have the power, and sound way fuller than most PA speakers without subs, apart from some exceptions like a RCF ART 745/945 or a JBL ARX 815, but that's expensive and professional stuff, and wouldn't have the deep bass these have and definitely won't sound as good indoors) while everyone behind wouldn't and hear just tunz tunz lol
@domepugliese I agree with that 💯. I have a video on my channel where I played 2 mackie thump go's with 2 partybox 710s and they sounded amazing but the mackie thump go's over the partyboxes. That gets those mids and highs over the bass. LOL so the ultimate partybox would be a sub box. LOL

2:04 yeah i agree, the 710 is light enough to be carried with two handles, yet it only has one, the only way i could do it was hold it by the bass port😅😅
A box for that is made for a large venue. Like you have a large outdoor area/club with a floor/stage to have it on. Not for just someone to have in their house for casual playing, unless you want to piss off your neighbors.
I bought the essential encore @ $299.99 and the 110 @ $308.99. Wish I would have waited for them to go sale and just purchase two 110s. But hey the sounds and bass they push out completely caught me off guard and put a smile on my face. Worth the money.
Great review, I really wish you could pair multiple speakers without wifi. JBL Partyboost would have been the solution without having to RND a new pairing protocol that is inferior to the one they already have existing on their smaller portable speakers
Buy some WiiM Minis, connect them with proper “y” to specific channel connectors and you can connect as many of any speaker together as you want in quad stereo, etc. WiFi can be hosted anywhere with a travel router. This stops the nonsense with these speaker mfrs. and their hobbled BT stack and app issues. WiiMs are very useful for this type of connection.
I'd love if you compare it to the 1000. The Ultimate has much smaller mid-range drivers, smaller subs (but approx. same total area size as 1x 12" on the 1000), and 2 regular high-frequency drivers instead of one compression driver. All that said I'm puzzled how it can be "the best PartyBox ever".
Yeah, at first is was wondering too. The surface area of these two 9inch woofers (242mm) is almost as big as a 13 inch sub. And the power draw of this speaker is double that of the pb 1000 according to m1m tech channel. So i think these are the reasons it produces more bass than the pb 1000.

Jbl ultimate party box flashing (top). No chime or connectivity. Straight out of the box. Wtf
Just leave it turned on for like an hour. I had the same issue.
Did actually over night. And no dice talk about o Harmon and they said it was defective. 😭
@@GYMCADDY I’ll try it. Dying to see how it connects to my 310 and 110 together.
Dont want it ?? pass it here 😅
У меня 710 + 2x 110 соседи в шоке
Jbl last years really suffer from annoying hish in treble the Authentics 300 is cool looking but sound is so out of control its mess , partyboxes never had Audio quality and the ultimate keeps this name high,
Fake dolby Atmos wouldn't help it 😂
Сколько она кг весит?
JBL has never, ever done Bluetooth stereo pairing well. I have the eon715s and they barely work and usually drop out. The app even tells you to close it once they’re paired otherwise one will constantly pop and drop audio. I guess since the party box ultimate speaker has no battery, they assume you’re only using it where WiFi is.
Подсветка класс
I really want to like this review, but all your opinions are just that… “Very violent bass” for you, isn’t the same for me (I have a SVS-PB-3000). Please include decibel rating, frequency response and wattage output (rms), this info will info will indicate if this is a good speaker or not.
AND NOW!!! JBL PARTYBOX ULTIMATE VS SOUNDBOKS 4, MABYE JBL FOR THE WIN FOR LOUDNESS AND ALSO VIOLET BASS!

Why you say the 1000 is $1300 retail when you can get it for $1k basically anywhere lol
1200 euro here so basically you wrong.
@@alexdoukas not wrong, it’s literally $1000 anywhere here, which is 950 euro. PB Ultimate is $1700 which is 1616 euro.
@@alexdoukasit’s literally $999 from JBL. This guy has a link to it from QVC because he makes money from the affiliate link but you’d be overpaying by $200
here cost 1200 euro what exactly you didnt understand that mean not anywhere.
@@alexdoukas you can’t purchase straight from JBL?
Can you please review Devialet phantom 1
waste of money
We’re very busy
@@Sickened-TH-camwon't call it a waste of money due to how good it is, but overpriced? Absolutely
@@pixelreflectorpro overpriced = waste of money. if theres better options for cheaper, that means you've wasted money
@@Sickened-TH-camthere's better sounding for less but can't do the same bass extension (the partyboxs aren't an option here)
U talk too much
gym i already have a extreme 3 and now i want a bigger speaker and i saw on amazon the ue hyperboom and for 320 euro and but if i remember weel is a 3 year old speaker. So is good to buy it? or i have to spend 100 euro more for the boombox 2?
Great video and channel… Is it possible to connect a DJ mixer/controller?
i want this
You want to be in the police station
🤔 ok so why are you not comparing this speaker to your partybox 1000 so we can see the difference in volume and overall sound and be better able to see if its worth upgrading
