Tough question to answer as some things are similar and lots of the ingredients are the same. They both fall under the Mediterranean diet which is probably our favorite type of food.
From our experience Lebanon probably has the better street food like Shawarma, wraps and manouche. Greece objectively has better seafood mainly because of all the islands. Desert is a tie although baklava is better in Lebanon and ice-cream/ gelato is better in Greece.
