In this compilation video, we go over multiple clips from shark attacks, great white shark encounters and even tiger shark spottings. What makes these ''caught on camera'' moments so scary is the fact that they were filmed in places like the ocean.
Encounters with great white sharks or even tiger sharks are actually way more common than you might think. They often happen to people who are swimming, scuba diving, fishing, boating, cliff jumping or simply at the beach.
In some cases, some people might be water skiing or even exploring coral reefs when they encounter these predators.
Although rare, it has also happened to people who are cage diving as well.
It just turns out that some of these divers were lucky enough to capture footage of these near death experiences that almost went wrong on camera and go pro. This leads to some very creepy videos.
Get ready, because these shark vs man moments that could easily be considered near death experiences are sure to give you the chills.

Not as scary as my ex wife
you’re so real for this
Ahahahahaha!
😂
She hasn’t changed she scares me too
😂😂😂
I will never be caught on my own in the middle of the ocean, most of these people deserve the darwin award.
In 2023 19,515 were killed in car accidents.
18 people were killed by sharks.
I agree. For the people swimming out in the ocean the video title should be "expected shark encounters"
It's irrelevant,
We are not living in the same environment
If there were as many people next to shark the number would be extremely different... 🙄
@@Aniki82 I agree, yet also have known two people who were killed by sharks, that twice as much person as me. So.. yeah I'm never entering the deep.
People do this and then moan when something happens almost like the shark is to blame
See, sharks are amazing and terrifying creatures. A lot of the times they just want to see what you are and don't *mean* to kill, but if provoked they will bite. The ocean is their home, not ours. I'm terrified of sharks but I love them at the same time
Same here. I love and respect all life, and know when to help and also when to leave it be!
💯 agreed
Same, I have a healthy respect for sharks.
You sound like the Grizzly man. There are hundreds of unprovoked shark attacks on the books. Unless swimming in an area they don't normally frequent is "provoking" them? bears live on land 🤷🏻♀
@effaroundfindout Sharks don't always perceive humans as humans. We look very similar to seals and sea turtles when compared side by side, and to a shark, it just confuses them. Sharks don't MEAN to eat humans, they think that we're their usual food. Most of the time, Sharks only take a bite or so and then back off after realizing. From personal experience and studies, humans taste like shit to sharks. 😂
First guy had something in his hand and baited the shark. Kind of lucky this dummy didn't get it worse.
He's an idiot.
I love how they lure them into the cage with bait and say that “it rammed the cage in attempts to break it”
Sharks are awesome, they deserve our respect.
Yea you should go into the water and give it to them face to face
@@anation3943 I will respect them enough to stay out of their water.
you should fear them not respect them@@deannawheeler4362
I think most people have a respectful fear of sharks.
@@anation3943 🤣🤣🤣
Sharks are curious by nature and not just mindless killer's
They are actually are mindless. They are unintelligent which is why they will never be "trainable".
That’s true but they’re still scary they still scare me
Why don't you jump in the water with them then??
source : trust me bro
"Deathwish"
"Suicidal mission"
Man is completely unharmed
He said “This shark wants all the smoke.”…. Had me rollin
Love how he said Foreign language” on the Ireland footage. They were actually speaking English with thick Irish accent. Lol
Yeah, I think that was meant to be facetious lol
He can’t even tell the difference between black bear and a brown bear so I’m not surprised
Yea made me laugh! This dude isn't the sharpest tool in the box tho is he?
He doesn't forget his camera because knows camera man lives.
That sharks lucky that Aussie didn't eat em
We should respect these amazing creatures in their homes!
But don't respect tiger sharks they can kill you even if you're calm
Ppl should stop touching them.
@MTWORKERS We must respect all forms of life as they are supposed to be.
I’ve never been in awe of something so majestic, but yet, so absolutely terrifying
it amazes me that Humans made it this far...
Came out of nowhere always makes me laugh 😂😂😂
Savage😂
Directly feeding a shark with fish seems very stupid.
The exaggerations in his narrating is comical. Good stuff 👍
Why are shark cages designed like that? Why aren’t they made with chainlink? I’ve seen enough videos of sharks being able to get far enough in to attack the person inside. If not chainlink then more bars closer together.
Right !!!!!🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️😂😂
chain link will not stop a most sharks let alone a great white.. chain link cant even stop a dog if the want to get out
Ahh taking pictures with chainmail??? These cages are made for observation. Unless ur Lancelot u can’t see thru murky water no less with chainmail 😂
Should be called idiots in the ocean.
its just white people bro
Music is a bit loud.
The videos are first rate, don’t need the distraction of loud background music.😊
I thought that too😂
it fucks me off how some of them are not swimming away. they just keep getting closer and bother/annoy them and then they blame the sharks for being "violent" 🙄
You’re meant to swim towards a shark so that it doesn’t think you are prey. Swimming away will only make it chase you and know you are weaker
if the shark is hungry it doesn`t matter what you do
I will never understand why people get so shocked to see alligators, crocodiles, and sharks when they’re in the water. That is literally their home.
this gives me chills watching this!
I love sharks I’m only saying that cuz I’m never entering the ocean and they’re cool
Moral of the video " always take a camera with you in dangerous situations you will never Die".
Do some more scary hyena encounters!
27:48 I'm surprised you didn't show the rest of that clip, one of those divers lost their calf in that encounter...
*Great video...don't know how I ended up watching damn shark attacks but...this is so very INTERESTING!! Lol all the more reasons I'm terrified of deep water.*
Swimming in Australia waters is bad enough but if u see seals ur just asking for it.
Sharks are like the gangstas of the sea. If you go into their hood, better cancel Christmas fool.
Or decide if you a Blood or Cript😂
Most of these sharks seem curious, hunting other things, or intentionally taunted. 😂
Should be titled " idiots in kayaks" !
I'm telling you, the writers really pull you into the drama! Great job!
It's like jumping in lions enclosure and being shocked. A lion is in there 😂😂😂
The man returns to the ocean months later omgggg 😅
Brass balls or he's got a death wish mate😂
Number 2 and number 3 We're Scary 😨
What’s with the big suspense when nothing actually happens in half of them 🤦♂️
3:37 bet he won't be scrunching any plastic bottles in the ocean again.
What would happen if that shark was able to knock the cage loose, this is why I would never do something like that I want my family member to do something like that. Playing with sharks is like playing with fire
20:40
That 20 ft monster was closer to a 10 ft juvenile
They’re so cute
I have been studying sharks for a few years now. Sharks are one of the world's least threatening animals out there. If you look closely, when a shark goes to "attack" people in a case, the jaws are hardly open! Sharks do not have the best eyesight and often mistake people with scuba flippers as seals but once they realize that we are just humans they usually back off quickly.
You can't outpaddle or outswim a shark. And omg those people letting their children that close to a shark?! This video is making my skin crawl.
And if something happens to those kids the parents would of demanded a world wide hunt for the death of that shark that they were letting they kids fk with!!!
That dude thru went to back peddling didn't he😂 he ain't want nothing to do with that😂😂😂
sharks are just sea puppies and completely harmless, everything in this video is said without research and oversaturation
Tbh this made me want to go even more now
"Sharks aren't dangerous" famous last words
They aren't
@@SnorgYippeethey are they’re not as dangerous as the way how Hollywood portrays them to be but they’re still wild animals and they can still be unpredictable attacks still happen
Sharks are not dangerous at all unless you appear as a threat. All sharks are like sea puppies.
@@madegrenade no they’re not they are dangerous not the way that you think but they’re not harmless water puppies either attacks still happen
@@diegofavaratozfilms962 I've been studying sharks for years now and yes, they are wild animals but they rarely ever attack humans on purpose. Sharks have poor eyesight and often mistake humans for seals or other sea creatures, especially with scuba flippers
That man in the Green kayak yo puts it in a whole nother gear dont he😂😂😂
No disrespect but this guy clearly hasn’t watched shark week
They are still beautiful creatures 💜💜💜
7:15 he isnt scared because hes Australian
A good thing to remember: emergency responders can’t always rescue you, and they don’t HAVE to rescue you. There’s a chain of command and legally-protected limits to what they can do, for their own safety.
YBS, we got fire baby!!!
Those sharks are BUGGIN🔥🔥🔥🗣🗣🗣🚨🚨🚨🥶🥶🔛🔝🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😈😈😈
These people seem like they wanna die by a shark
Don't fu*k with mother nature!
Beautiful, but absolutely terrifying!!
Lesson learned. Don't rub plastic bottles between my hands. Gotcha👌
oh my gosh
Did the guy that speared that shark at the end kill that Shark? Looked like he got it through the mouth to the brain by the way it was swimming. Dudes lucky and nice shot.
I'd guess he killed it.
He most definitely got himself a shark
The most traumatizing thing was the awful attempt at humor by the narrator.
hahahahahahha, brilliant
😂u caught that did ya😂😂😂
The second one that shark only wants an easy meal and it's not the man... It's the fish
Humans be in the water like it’s nothing u don’t see sharks on the land
No they not idiots 😂
That shark was lucky that Aussie wasn't hungry..
Orca would claim king of the ocean
I wonder if the shark that the guy speared in the roof of its mouth lived or what was the ending to that?? I'm glad the man didn't get hurt though.
Love shark❤
15:08 legendary pic
Orca is king
depends how you count it. One orca never would attack a great white so I still would say that the great white is the master predator, the orca hunts in pods, never alone so it’s not a fair comparison.
Honestly not scared of sharks(im fascinated by them) but im scared of being vulnerable in the water.
If You Were Somehow in Middle of The Ocean by Yourself and You See a Huge Shark Fin Circling You....What Would You do?
Hopefully die instantly
nothing. shark attacks are extremely rare
What can you do? Panic and exert yourself until you are exhausted, and then you drown.
THEN, the fish will eat you.
@@nickiatemygreatgrandmotherHonestly that's very true
Put my head under the water to keep my eye on it and tread water to minimise any splashing as well as keeping heart rate down. It's easier said than done but staying vertical, calm and maintaining eye contact lessens the chance of attack. Scream, splash around and swim away....you're asking for trouble.
All of these attacks happened cause of the divers. This in turn puts them in danger.
im from south Africa
The idiot excited ab the shark teeth marks on his board was just crazy nonsense 😂😂😂
issa white people thing
The shark meant no threat to the person. It simply could mistaken the board as the turtle it was previously attacking hence why it backed off.
Ybs legend
Yea. People think they got sharks all figured out and there’s nothing to worry about till one takes a chunk out of you…. So much for “they won’t bother you if you don’t bother them”.. lol
Do scary people encounters
i won't go in the water without a weapon to fight back with
Wow the guy spraying something into the water to attract the tiger shark was the dumbest
You go in the cage?…..Cage goes in the water?…..Shark is in the water?………………….
brooo when i seen that turtle get bit i felt bad
While these encounters may instill fear and caution, they also offer a glimpse into the natural world and the complex relationship between humans and sharks. By understanding shark behavior, respecting their habitat, and taking appropriate safety measures, we can coexist with these magnificent creatures while minimizing the risk of conflict or harm.
"this clip starts with HD footage" footage is clearly 360p or lower lol
I would've been unintelligible at this point too.
23:49-A shortfin Mako? WTF was this guy smoking, that's a juvenile hammerhead of some type! 😅16:48 is just a Basking shark, don't get me wrong although they won't bite a human, they still could smash into you, breaking bones easily if spooked! 😂 it's big, but even less dangerous than the puppy dogs of the sea aka the nurse shark!
Mistakes aside, great footage y'all have put together in one video, so Thank y'all for the video, just check the name of the sharks in the clips, if ya aren't sure call it an "unspecified shark" otherwise gullible people may embarrass themselves one day calling shark A, shark X 🤣 añd look real dumb among people they want to impress!
I wonder what made the shark go after the same guy out a huge group of divers? Pheromones?? That's crazy
just so you know, most sharks accidentally bumps into cages and get their heads stuck so it looks like theyre trying to get in but theyre just accidentally bumped into it cause the bait might be right infront of the cage and they were going for the bait.
2:35 Papwa new guinea 😭
Second video has baited a dead fish… I mean what were you expecting. It’s not stalking him. It smells food he’s in its way. He’s in less danger if he gently just swam away trying to remain as big and vertical as possible but with as few bubbles or splash. The shark is afraid of the guy. We’re not normal to them. When they smell food (normal to them; fish) and meet instead a bizarre looking creature they prob never seen before in their life, they want to investigate either from a distance, bump, bite (as a puppy would), or attack (if hungry and desperate enough). They don’t have hands. Like children and puppies they learn the environment through their mouth. They just don’t know checking what you are could kill you with a knick to an artery…
Poor sharks!!
dose anyone else hear the music jaws playing loudly in the background of this video!
The exaggerations in this video are real lol
sea creatures are the scariest on the planet especially in their habitat
Atleast on land we can outsmart the predators but on sea/ocean? Yes we are fucked
Sometimes when someone says come here or stop or whatever, it's not because of what you're doing is wrong
Could be because a shark may be trying to eat you
If JAWS were based on ANY other shark than a Great White Would the world be so fearful?
I’d say yes. If the king of the jungle lunge at a car in a safari everyone would be scared, no different than the king of the ocean ramming that cage.
23:29 that a hammerhead not a mako
11:10 I feel bad for that shark, even though the people knew it was a shark they refused to let it go even though sharks aren't to be hunted :(
I thought the water bottle thing was to deter sharks
It’s the sharks habitat we’re in the world
Some of these idiots there just aren't enuff signs hanging up so they can see to read them clearly😂
I wonder why rubbing a plastic bottle prompts an attack?
The rattling sounds make a sound similar to one of its prey, not sure wich one tho
It makes it sound like bones breaking so the shark is attracted to it.
b/s
Basking Shark is harmless
Honed over 400 million years of evolution into a perfect predator
I think putting up big net for sharks only is better than having these biologists spend all our $$$. Just ware ppl surf. They can’t stop shark attacks but they mite bring them dwn a lil.
