Tbh I wasn't an avid listener of OPM songs. It's not that they're bad, most just don't resonate with me. However, this album of JK was truly life changing. Every song spoke to me and put into words what I felt during my recent heartbreak. JK is truly special and his songs have been with me through rough times. He's changing the game for Pinoy artists.
I agree, but iv of spades started this opm resurgence. I don't listen to opm that much before them.

@@justme018 well it's not who released a song first. It is who started the resurgence. Iv of spades normalized good songs when they debuted. Back when non singers with enough clout keeps getting their own songs. Be realistic, no one knows demonyo before jk released buwan and i am not an exception. But i like him since the time buwan was released.
@@nicelyjigglythat's a fairly vague statement considering that there are a lot of artists other than IVOS, for example Ben&Ben, they've been pretty famous too at the time.

the arrangement of this song is genius. I feel like it started out mellow and calm like he was just asking his value to his lover. And then his emotions started erupting as he was saying what he had done for her. And he was doing everything but he feels like its not enough. Finally, he explodes. As he realize that he gave his whole but was treated like nothing, his emotions finally explodes. He became mad. Because its insane to think that someone wont see your value even if you give your whole to them.
