This live was so hard to hear and, at the same time very propositive. I always take notes of your videos and this bring me to write so much more pages than others. I realize that it's so much more hard, almost for me, speak about shame about the childhood abuse is very very complicated than write it. I suppose that is the next step, maybe. Thanks for share your information. By the way, i have a question, if one adult comitted sexual abuse to a children, what is the best solution, jail or therapy, for the adult i mean, assuming that our society is so advanced.

Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I'm glad you felt connected to what I shared. Generally, therapy isn't going to change someone who abuses a child. Though jail won't change that person either. However, it can keep children from being hurt by that person.

I say your right saying about having to keep working on all of it to continue to talk about anything about what happened, traumas to help with it as it isn’t easy to overcome, and there’s the shame that’s always there, and never give up on getting help thank you for this video love Denny🥵🧩🦋

I can really see what your talking about, and finding myself with shame from happening many times from many traumas, and also in different ways when getting stuck in wrong places at wrong times when didn’t expect anything to happen, and then having to get threw it all not knowing where to turn, and then masking it all ,and keeping it covered secretively love Denny🥵😊🧩🦋

Thank you for bringing your great helpful videos on about all the shames had to endure not knowing anywhere’s to listen, and be able to get better understanding about shames, and what’s actually needed to be able to accept, and very deserving of to endure practicing to get relief from it all,and being able to be more easy accepting of it all during further necessary treatments 🙏🦋🥵🧩❤️😘 Namaste 🙏
