First come gets it “ At 1 o’clock pm he returned only to fine 5 more banjos in the back seat of his Essex.

This just might be the best thing on TH-cam. And believe me, I've seen it all!
washboard uncle is killing it
This is real live music !
Who wants to watch television when one can see and hear such superb entertainment as this?
Fully agree, but i think is is too good for television that's why it's not seen. Bit of irony really.
Simply wonderful
THIS MUSIC REALLY PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE. THANKS!

Kind of reminds me of Les Paul/Mary Ford’s cover of this one, with their multitrack recording vs this “acoustic” multitracking

If you are not smiling at the end of this ......well! Brilliant, the brass (tuba?) player keeps them in time. Great
It’s a sousaphone
In all my years of playing tuba never once was I invited to accompany a banjo group Life just isn't fair!!!!! (:
Come to St. Louis, 4th Thursday at Schlafly Bottleworks in suburban Maplewood, MO -- Banjo Club regular meeting. Bring your tuba.
Wish I could but at least now I can brag that I received an invitation to play with a banjo group. If you make a video, let me know.
www.Stlouisbanjoclub.org has some videos and I think we have a CD available.
Amazing people !
That was fun. I learned improv from a very good banjo player. Play tuba myself. Awesome times.
Thanks so much.

Super. ;)
In the mid 1970s a fine four-string banjo group played at Shakey's Pizza in Palo Alto. I wonder if any of them are still around. One guy sometimes played a "Double Dandy" which was a washboard and a cymbal attached to a crutch.
dixie o yesss
Высший класс
John Reynolds has good voice
I can see Spongebob
Waarom moet dat toch altijd zo godsgruwelijk snel alsof alle banjoisten zenuwelijers zijn....
This do wacka stuff is what killed the banjos reputation when the stock market crashed. It was so bad that they had to invent a new instrument (the tenor guitar) so that banjo players could find work.
Love it!
