The right to litigate should never be interfered with, it is the duty of the court to weed out vexatious litigants. Otherwise any litigant with right standing must be allowed to go before a court and have their issues determined. As for the president. he has power enough to do the right thing and steer Kenya to the right direction, it is his unwillingness to do the right thing and fulfil his promises to the people of Kenya that is making Kenyans litigious. There should never be any right thinking Kenyan, however much they are entitled to their opinion, who would think judiciary has no role to play. Judiciary is an important element of what was envisioned by the people that conceptualized Democracy. You're right our courts are useless. I have a case where I paid a developer for a flat. The developer cancelled the contract and agreed to refund the money and even put it in writing. He delayed and I went to court and the case was not defended. All that was required was an order for him to pay. Now 6 months
