Great comparison! I think he is at Porzingas rn. But assuming he grows then his ceiling is KD. He has all the make ups to be just like KD. People forget, KD didn’t improve his handle until after 2 years in the league. And wasn’t super efficient, like he is now, until about 2-3 years in the league.
