I used to work for a chiropractor! Any “cracking” you can achieve with natural range of motion is fine! You just don’t want to force it! I used to get regular adjustments but still always felt the urge to crack my neck! Even when it was freshly aligned. Lol. I think it just becomes a habit 😬 ❤️❤️❤️

My chiropractor always told me cracking your neck was fine as long as you don’t force it because forcing it with your hand is bad for the ligaments in your neck (it stretches them out in a bad way or something). So if you roll your neck or tilt your head side to side to get it to crack that’s perfectly fine.
I bought both the red and white wine… not my cup of tea I felt like they were too dry for me. I like in between dry and sweet wines but that’s just me. Still proud of you and welcome back! I missed chef steph ❤️
