Testing 10.5 gpm Showerblaster Head vs. USA-Made Whedon Shower Head

Tired of low-flow shower heads? 2.5 gpm is the federally-mandated limit. But you can buy certain showerheads with removeable flow restrictors. You can also modify the head itself with a drill.
I bought an advertised 10.5 gpm head to test it out. Did it really flow 10.5 gpm?
