Thankyou for doing this. I,m waiting for a date for surgery after many scans etc over the course of 8 mnths. No one has told me I have cancer only the usual build up from a cyst on my pancreas to an avid uptake on a Tektrotyd scan. I feel lucky on one hand to be processed relatively quickly through the system and to be lucky to be considered for surgery first and foremost. Ive watched every [well it feels like it] video on you tube and read the print off the internet over the last months as I find having as much info as possible to be empowering. These personal stories are very important to people on their individual journeys and I,m so grateful for everything on Neuroendocrine UK Thankyou.
