With an english video title I would expect the video to be in english as well. Too bad because I really need to understand what you are telling when testing it.

Why use an English title on an non-English video? Useless! Use your language so your own language speaking folks can find it! And people that can't speak your language won't see it in their search results!

Try using LM336 2.5v . This is also a shunt regulator. I replaced TL431 with LM336, and it worked for me.

How good are Chinese (or Asian) TL431. I don't need better than 1% accuracy, that is fine, it is noise etc that I worry about, I just want to use them as decent shunt regulator like I have been able to with Texas Instruments and other manufacturers non-Chinese. There is a big difference in price, that is why I am asking as I don't want to pay money that I don't need to. I buy by the hundreds, so it makes a difference.
