be prepared for one more talent that will be destroyed by the selectors. His technique will not be improved because Pakistan focuses on T20 and 1days. Hardly plays ant tests, it averages 5-6 tests per year against 12-13 by England, Australia and India. The management should develop qualified coaches and academies, send their talented players to England's clubs and the Australian grade and club level games to play for full seasons. Get rid of the useless management staff at PCB that just take huge salaries for doing nothing. And Pakistan should refure to play in events in other countries like the Champions trophy or better still, send a second tier team, without the key stars, just fulfilling its commitment. They wil still perform well because the top tier of Shaheen, Babar and a few others are involved in team politics and need to be brought down. i have done this many times and have seen the bluffers start playing as a team.
