Just sharing : powder extinguishers should not be used in escape routes. Still only sharing, in europe powder extinguishers are banned from being placed in public and common areas. they are only allowed in technical areas.

Ive finely got my E training,Learning done with my work placament,Got to know our Fire Extinguisher's and for what fires they are for,Lets put it this way,Wont be wanting to use a water Fire Extinguisher on chip pan fire or Electricals going up in high flames,They be for paper and cardboard fire,electrical fire extinguisher be carbon dioxide or dry powder types or fires will spread billion times worse with water,never leave any flamable goods about as well,They also catch fire,Also not good for when any fires also might break out,Never leave windows or doors WIDE open,Never leave fire exits open as well,Wind and fire can also make the fire's spread more,We all got to know these things,Main thing is to do when fires ever break out is to escape out of the building as soon as possible to safety
