Being in a long distance for over 8 years and now being married for 4 years, I can tell you that 12 years later, we are still in love with each other. Long distance did make memories fonder especially the excitement of seeing each other after long and the butterflies in the tummy that came along with it. It's a beautiful feeling. If this couple was planning for their future without letting each other know, why you both were not in sync. or well-prepared for it. After all, the decision to get seperated away could only be avoided if you guys would really have loved each other and worked out with a Plan B for adjusting with the situation based on priority rather than fighting like kids. Moral of the story: Prioritize and adjust, rather than fighting thats how it works, lets not inject equality concept here too
I don't think they were planning for their future without letting each other know because they were not that shocked but just surprised, confused and scared that they would not be together for a long period of time which is natural when everything can be so unpredictable and different. About adjustment and all, both of them worked hard for their career and were equally happy for their success. The thought of not being able to be together scared both of them equally too and they came to terms with that eventually as well while deciding to continue the relationship. Here, adjustment meant one would have to give up on an opportunity that was no less important for either of them . I really appreciate everything the actor said to the actress in front of the car there. Adjustment could have meant that they would not have to have that argument or be in a long distance relationship. However, it also meant one may be losing out on the opportunity that they had the possibility of blaming oneself or the other in the future. In a relationship, both people are equally important, deseve to be understood, supported and grow together. So, I don't think equality is wrong in this concept at all. It just simply means they are not or don't have to neglect themselves or their partner for the relationship to work. Yeah, agreeing that they both would pursue their career and be in a long distance relationship is a good mutual adjustment which would really test and hone their relationship for the better and no one had to feel like they are in the relationship just for the sake of it. It's just my take and openion on this and others can have theirs which completely alright. I just didn't agree with the comment so I replied.

I said that in general that couples breakup usually for this silly reason of long distance and the ending of this video is something that came appreciable from the guy first which is why i was little upset. I have never been in a relationship but I think that long distance would play a significant role in clarifying the reality of the bond they share with each other. If they can survive this, they would be closer to each other and vice versa. I also think a relationship only survives through the mutual effort and consideration of the couple so all plans can fail if that's not present. Sadly, sometimes words don't cut out for the experience people have and share with each other and it's a good thing too. Hope you are doing well.
