Visa applications are adjudicated in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Section 214(b) of the INA. Section 214(b) explicitly presumes every visitor visa applicant to be an intending immigrant and places the burden of disproving this presumption on the applicant. Consular officers examine each application individually to determine whether the applicant has ties outside the United States that will compel that applicant's return to their home country. The consular officer takes into consideration the applicant’s entire situation, including family, community, professional, property, and economic ties to the applicant’s home country as well as prior travel history and any ties to the United States. Only if the consular officer is wholly convinced that the individual will leave the United States can a visa be issued.
A refusal under section 214(b) is not permanent and you may reapply for a visa at any time.
I was denied on 15th August, and i was later granted 2 weeks later, if you were denied at first attempt, reapply and then ikifika usiku saa nane, reschedule your VISA quicker appointment.

Owen thanks for this information unaleta. I was denied on 28th August. Nilichoka sana na hawa maconsular. He only asked me 3 questions na nikajibu correct to the best of my knowledge. He just gave me a pink slip.
