For me, I had to create a new kindle Vella account because my books were blocked more than 5 times. In this case, it could mean that Amazon bot had blacklisted my account. So I had to create another. If it's your first or second book, then it might not be the bot; might just be you not following the guidelines for publishing on Amazon. I think you need to go through your book again and discover the reason for this. Most times, books could get blocked because so many people are flooding one category with same kind of books everyday. For such situation, you might want to change category or niche for a while. You can give this a trial. Trademarks, AI detection and so many others could be causing this. You shouldn't give up. Keep pushing and you will definitely discover what's wrong and the best strategy to overcome the book Blocking.
Same way you do it on your normal account. Just use same process: getting South African details, getting their ID number from any of the SA ID generator and then filing it in.

Those books never went live. They don't even review the books once your account has been flagged. When an account has experienced book blocks, they flag it. So when you publish, no review is done. It blocks your book automatically. This is done by a bot.
That's why when you republish same blocked book on another account, it goes live immediately because the new account hasn't experienced any blocks and is not flagged.

You can get any random US number and fill there. Best, get one of these virtual SIM apps from play store. Get them to show you a US number but no need to purchase since you won't be sent any OTP code. It's just to fill it there.

If you update your address, it still becomes a Kindle Vella account. But what I have done here is to show you how to create a new kindle Vella account; that's proved to be more effective than upgrading. If your books have been blocked severally then, the bot has marked your account as blacklisted. So upgrading might not do the job. I hope you find this helpful. Won’t amazon notice that they already blocked the book on your other account?
Those books never went live. They don't even review the books once your account has been flagged. When an account has experienced book blocks, they flag it. So when you publish, no review is done. It blocks your book automatically. This is done by a bot.
That's why when you republish same blocked book on another account, it goes live immediately because the new account hasn't experienced any blocks and is not flagged.
