I apologize unreservedly for hi-jacking the top comment but I feel that the video warranted English subtitles for the worldwide appeal of the source movie. I elaborate on this further down below:- I understand that this is a Marathi production for 'Zee Music MARATHI' but I would have loved to understand what the acclaimed duo were saying. Seems fascinating, informative of not only technique but a different perspective and thus, it piques my interest. To this end, I would have greatly appreciated if the video had English subtitles at least if not for other languages, given the pan-India and worldwide appeal of the source movie. Also, I really liked that the juxtaposition of the two languages that the interviewees replied in. It really married into the concept of two distinct musical styles coming together so harmoniously. Now I'm unsure if having both the languages specifically to act as a carrier and reinforcement of the concept was a conscious decision, but even if it wasn't, it was a happy accident. Kudos!

I'm from Tamil Nadu.. I heard the sairat movie songs in October 2019. I didn't hear any Marathi songs yet before. But after hearing sairat album, really I fell in love with this music directors Ajay Atul... What a composition... Their music speaks, express love, pain, everything... Really hats off to these music directors. Music has no language, i can feel that after hearing sairat album.... Praying God that they have to compose songs for Tamil movies too....

Please bare with my English, but i am trying to translate this for viewers other than Marathi 30 years you have dreamt of, you have seen that this is called music making, is this what is being music directors. Due to Sairat, we got an oportunity to come here, that's what pleases us Many great and superhit scores have been recorder in this Studio When composing of Yad Lagla was going on, and after listening storyline, I immediately told Atul that we must do it in symphony and in this studio only We have never learnt music anywhere. When we decided to be music composers, we remember that day and today, we thank to almighty god for showing us this day As we have not learnt music, we didn't know that like this, orchestra is conducted and we will be able to conduct it. First time I saw the score has been written in this much detail. I don't think in future, I can do that again. But, it's proud thing to be behind thr conductor as a music director. And they have appreciated that we have never learnt music, otherwise we would have been taken the same old path. Now there is a world open for us and we can do anything. Amazing players....and amazing response In this place which is so divine, in which lots of famous people have worked, and we got to work with so beautiful and talented musicians, it feels like we have seen god. The things we have only imagined came to reality. After coming here, when musicians played the scores, then after every score they used to applaud. This is rare. For us, this was huge that those international level artists were appreciating our work. And everyone was meeting us personally and saying it was awesome. I am a Non Marathi. Watched this film when I was in a bus from Pune to Goa. Being a Delhiite had heard a lot about the film. What astounded me more was the music and its songs. And thus after listening to its songs on TH-cam, landed over here. Wish whatever Ajay-Atul spoke, it had a subtitle as well so that could have understood what they said. But even then hats off to them for this awesommmmeee music composition.

This movie and these people were underdogs. Nobody used to look at Marathi Cinema. This movie and its music did wonders. I'm non Marathi but i always feel the monotony of Bollywood must be broken so that they could look around. Right after this movie they were asked to do music for ZERO of Shahrukh khan. At 2:22 he said he became from bus conductor to Music Director and never learnt music. This is what achievement is. Keep loving.

For those who don't understand, it's Marathi, and they are talking about how they always wanted to be music composers (and they are great one), how they did not learn anything about music in school or tutoring, being self taught, the conductor told them that he is glad about how they did not learn it, as they now aren't going on a predictable path, and how they always thought how it was gonna sound but when they heard it, it blew their mind, and they are glad to have recorded the song there.

I usually listen Hollywood background score like Hanz Zimmer's Batman(Trilogy), Inception, man of steel and so far. But when I directly come to Marathi movie songs specially Ajay Atul's Fandry, Jogwa, and the latest one SAIRAAT songs , I think they reached on that level. I skipped Bollywood songs(not criticizing) ....... Its really proud to feel for Ajay Atul , they made outstanding score for SAIRAAT. Always blessed for them.

I'm from Tamil Nadu.. I heard the sairat movie songs in October 2019. I didn't hear any Marathi songs yet before. But after hearing sairat album, really I fell in love with this music directors Ajay Atul... What a composition... Their music speaks, express love, pain, everything... Really hats off to these music directors. Music has no language, i can feel that after hearing sairat album.... Praying God that they have to compose songs for Tamil movies too....
They have composed songs for Telugu industry, hope they will enter the Tamil industry as well😊✌️.

Due to Sairat, we got an oportunity to come here, that's what pleases us
Many great and superhit scores have been recorder in this Studio
When composing of Yad Lagla was going on, and after listening storyline, I immediately told Atul that we must do it in symphony and in this studio only
We have never learnt music anywhere. When we decided to be music composers, we remember that day and today, we thank to almighty god for showing us this day
As we have not learnt music, we didn't know that like this, orchestra is conducted and we will be able to conduct it. First time I saw the score has been written in this much detail. I don't think in future, I can do that again. But, it's proud thing to be behind thr conductor as a music director. And they have appreciated that we have never learnt music, otherwise we would have been taken the same old path. Now there is a world open for us and we can do anything.

In this place which is so divine, in which lots of famous people have worked, and we got to work with so beautiful and talented musicians, it feels like we have seen god. The things we have only imagined came to reality.
After coming here, when musicians played the scores, then after every score they used to applaud.
This is rare. For us, this was huge that those international level artists were appreciating our work. And everyone was meeting us personally and saying it was awesome.
Today, a history has been made while working here with all these people

I am a Non Marathi. Watched this film when I was in a bus from Pune to Goa. Being a Delhiite had heard a lot about the film. What astounded me more was the music and its songs. And thus after listening to its songs on TH-cam, landed over here.
Wish whatever Ajay-Atul spoke, it had a subtitle as well so that could have understood what they said. But even then hats off to them for this awesommmmeee music composition.

For those who don't understand, it's Marathi, and they are talking about how they always wanted to be music composers (and they are great one), how they did not learn anything about music in school or tutoring, being self taught, the conductor told them that he is glad about how they did not learn it, as they now aren't going on a predictable path, and how they always thought how it was gonna sound but when they heard it, it blew their mind, and they are glad to have recorded the song there.

But when I directly come to Marathi movie songs specially Ajay Atul's Fandry, Jogwa, and the latest one SAIRAAT songs , I think they reached on that level. I skipped Bollywood songs(not criticizing) .......
Its really proud to feel for Ajay Atul , they made outstanding score for SAIRAAT. Always blessed for them.
